Terrible, terrible service! There were 2 large groups in front of me and 3 girls helping them, when they finished with the 1st group, 2 girls decided to go in the back and chit chat, meanwhile 1 girl stayed to finish the 2nd group and then wait on me. Very rude, terrible service!! The ice cream was terrible, the service was terrible, everything was a complete mess!
My favorite is always ice cream no matter what the weather is like. Fast service always. And friendly.
This location is located by Wendy's at the Walmart shopping center. I ordered a Caramel Cappuccino Blast which tasted as expected and very satisfying. They have a good variety of Grab 'N Go cakes and pre-packed icecream quarts. The store is clean and very organized with friendly and helpful staff. Overall, I was happy with the service I received at this location.
They are try to force there reviews to 5 stars everyone that gave them 5 stars said good, tasty, cold ice cream, yummy lmfao it doesn't sound legit js
Dope baby.. the service here was mad outstanding. A shot out to the nice and very caring young ladies at Baskin Robins.. you guys were awesome and so kool .. thank you for your help and service. My grandson was so happy ? and delighted with your kindness and encouragement for the youths
They are usually pretty good at this one but the other day I noticed the guy in the back was making cakes with NO mask on and NO gloves on. Even the staff member serving ice cream was wearing a mask and gloves. With this pandemic going on, why wasn't he wearing a mask and gloves handling food?! No wonder this epidemic is not going away anytime soon because of carelessness like this.
Horrible service. They're only letting 6 customers in at a time and despite them having 10+ people in the store only my mother and I were asked to wait outside. We were the only white people and and we were not the last people in. Will not support this rasict location.

31 flavors has been around as long or maybe longer than thriftys. And any company that is able to make it that long plus have great ice cream they are worthy of a visit..
Very clean, many options from sundaes to drinks, shakes, cookies, brownies. Very nice customer service & also fast, there is a bathroom there and seating. Highly recommend.
