I have not been to a Wendy's in 20 years. This location had friendly service and food cooked to order. It was also clean. I remembered that I'm not a huge fan of Wendy's but I believe their food and as very good for a Wendy's so I would recommend it. Only 4 stars because I'm not a Wendy's fan but if you are, you will most likely be happy with this spot
I love Wendy’s, but I’ve had nothing but issues at this location. Half of the time I try to go I don’t get what I ordered, they’ve given me the wrong burger or not given it to me at all 4 times now in the last 2 months. I normally would check the food really well and return if need be, but this is one of the places I go for my lunch break, so I never have time to fix the mistakes.
closed over 30 minutes before they should have (~9:28pm). lights off and no one answered the drive through and i drove up the the window with some lady looking at me for a split second and walking away. i sporadically go, but also must note customer service is always pretty bad in my previous visits. it is evident none of the employees want to be there, sure no one wants to work but at least pretend to be nice & reciprocate my respect with some mutual respect back like you’re supposed to at the workplace. staff gives off a very big “i hate it here” vibe
I use to love this restaurant. Been going here for years. The service was always fast , accurate. And the staff was know and nice. Lately, I haven't seen any of the old familiar faces and the hospitality is just gone and they always mess up my order now. Where is Fadia ??
Seriously the rudest employees of any place in Paso. I get that they’re over worked, under paid, and exhausted. But we all are. I don’t expect this place to be open much longer. Hopefully they’ll make it an Arby’s.
Love spicy chicken and bake potato with frosty as desert. Great customer service very Professional management crew
Old decor and slow service. If your immune system is weak you should avoid this place; staff wear masks below the nose.
We waited in line 22 minutes waiting to do our order...took so extremely long we just left...for shame...why was there only 1 slow person working the register? A lot of other ppl back there...ridiculous...I don't go to that Wendy's...now I really won't...
Don't get out for Wendy's much because I'm not good at cruising all the way across town
I usually love Wendy’s, especially their baked potatoes. But lately they consistently get my order wrong in some aspect at this location. All my orders are through via drive through or through a delivery service, so I haven’t exactly gone back but it will at least cause me to double check my orders before I leave the drive through from now on. This has only been a problem in the last couple of months so not sure what’s going on.
