What a great place to have a delicious meal. I had the fried chicken which came with bacon potatoe salad. Superb. My guests had the fettuccine and meatloaf which were all great. The hit at the table was the porkbelly appetizer. Man it was goooodddd! Lite atmosphere, friendly staff and the owner Scott who came over to say hello rounded out a perfect early dinner. A gem in Paso Robles Ca. Bravo!
They only serve it on Sunday. It was well seasoned and cooked just right. Service was excellent and we split the home made key lime pie for dessert.
Hatch has always been a great place to sit down and have a nice meal when down in Paso.My favorite of course is the amazing rotisserie chicken and their secret sauces.They also have a full bar as well as wine and cider.The only thing that sometimes bothers me is how they handle reservations. You you do t have you you kind of are made to feel not as welcome. And even sometimes hard to make reservations on the same day.Definite place to visit and find your favorite here.
This is the original higher end restaurant in Paso. A big bar along one wall serving fine cocktails. Great food, mostly American style. Don't miss the roasted Brussels Sprouts.
We had a nice dinner and really enjoyed the ambience of The Hatch. Great service as well! I had their salad and artichoke and both were very good. My husband had their fried chicken, it tasted good, but the chicken meat was a bit slimy and you didn't get much meat on each piece.Overall, it was a good experience and we will return!
EXCELLENT dining experience! Great whiskey selection and we loved the hot sauce! We even bought some to take home! We enjoyed the corn bread, fried chicken, and artichoke!

Gillian (I hope I'm spelling your name right) makes amazing cocktails and provides great service. Had dinner at the bar and was very impressed. The hot sauce with the chicken is fantastic. Pair it with a whiskey sour!
