Ordered online, supposed to be ready by 4pm wasn't. One sandwich was a Baja chicken, chicken wasn't heated. No prep was done and had no veggies, no bread. Only one person there during rush hour, said the other person went to Starbucks and left them alone. Had the order receipt sitting front of her and didn't follow the order. Worst experience I ever had at this particular shop, wasted my money and didn't offer a refund.
I stopped at this subway for a lunch break on my road trip. The place is clean and has good seating area. The staff was friendly and there were enough parking spots. The sandwiches are also what one expects at a Subway location.
Service was really bad. Prep and sandwich artists were both horrible. I keep finding stems in my sandwich. I found 4 chili stems, in addition to that, the employees didn’t a even bother wrapping my sandwich up, I’m not sure if they weren’t properly trained but they practically threw my sandwich in the bag. Everything fell apart before I even got home.
Ordered online. Said ready by 515, gave a little extra time and show at 525. Order not ready. Irritated on a scedule and wait. Makes salads in bowl and not salad container. Barely a pinch of lettuce, I say something about the salad and she shrugs it off with attitude. Steak and cheese melt sandwich was ice cold and not melted. Ridiculous amount of mayo on the tuna sandwich. 2nd salad had ZERO lettuce and dressing on, asked for on the side. No forks to even eat salad if there was any. Girl had attitude from the start. I asked who is supervisor, she replied "I don't know." I asked for managers name, she replied again "I don't know." She also kept picking up her phone like she was texting someone. She had a horrid attitude and needs some lessons on making sandwiches and other menu items correctly. I will be contacting management for a full refund.
How do you sell a drink in a combo & not mention oh by the way the drink machine is not working? & then get obviously annoyed when you ask for a refund for the drink? This happened Saturday night.
Order was wrong and the quality was bad
I ordered online and my order was wrong. I called to let them know, and I was very nice when I spoke to them...I was hung up on. Tried to give the benefit of doubt and called back, but they wouldn't answer for nearly 10 minutes, when they did answer heard it was me and was hung up on again. Very Very poor service. ?

Hours show close at 9pm. Employees literally ran to door and locked it in our face at 8:36 pm
