Staff is friendly but inefficient. Sometimes they make my drink right, sometimes they don't. There is one barista here who is absolutely stellar and makes my drink right every time--wish I knew her name so I could shout her out. Brown hair, wears glasses, always has a smile and always makes my bev right. Management needs to emphasize beverage quality, consistency and customization with all of their staff.Also pretty sure when I asked them to please remake my drink the barista used decaf shots to make the second drink. So not cool. I used to be a barista myself so I can definitely notice the difference. Hope Karma does her job better than your baristas.

Same as always with Starbucks, don't have what I want ran out. Slow service forgot my wife's order and foot mine wrong. Said they were too busy.

Generally good experiences here. Several times though my drink was literally missing top 3/4 of cup, and not from Froth melting, it was just short. That was in 2 drinks, 2x in a row. Other than that no issues.

Always the best! Always fast. Always courteous.The food is underrated. Just what you want and nothing more.

This Starbucks is filthy at 2:25pm. Bathrooms are dirty, sink to wash hands is filthy, trash over flowing and no soap. When I told the cashier about no soap, they responded “I know we’ve been trying to get soap”. They can’t seem to go to a store and buy soap, means employees aren’t washing hands like they should. Also all trash over flowing in common areas. Disgusting Place!!!

I ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade with light ice. What I got was a lemonade with some dragon fruit and too much room at the top. The barista did not call out my drink and I had to ask him to come back and make it right. They do not care if they mess up your drink here. They will hand you something subpar. Don't go here

I had never left a review, but this place need to be cleaned. This place was dirty. Staff was nice but needs to take a little pride in their work and clean. Plastic shields had hand prints, floor needed to be cleaned. Again. I have never left a review, but I needed to say something.

For the most part this location is ok.. but my only complaint is when people order their drinks online and when they arrive their order isn’t ready because of staffing issues, maybe shut down the app or close the drive through so those that order online don’t have to wait!! I was a server for about 5 years and believe me I know short staffed issues!! People order online so they DO NOT have to wait! It’s frustrating that is it!! Also maybe not mandate a vaccine especially when the federal court has stopped the Biden mandates!! Maybe more people will apply!! Just a thought!

Ordered, waited, waited, waited. Then asked where my order was and the barista shared she didn't know as the ticket didn't print. This happen to another customer as well. No manager to say sorry, just some young kids with sad faces. It's hard to be mad with kids, but this should not happen. Not sure who was in charge but they didn't care that we hadn't gotten our drinks.

My drink was well made. The line for service wasn't well defined and we were waved to the counter only to find out she didn't take orders and we had to go to the back of the line and wait again. Bummer, but it only took a few extra minutes out of the day. Would have been nice if she would have just gone ahead and taken the order if she was going to call us up.
