My vente soy chai latte was made perfectly but remember to ask for no water. It costs a little more but it sure enhances the creaminess of the drink. Fast, friendly service.
I like Starbucks...I go in the morning before work to get my morning Hot Venti Carmel Macchiato yummy...then in the afternoon...
The staff isn't exactly rude but definitely not nice, with Extremely long wait times only to get your order wrong. Very disappointed to see the quality of this particular store go down over the years. I've been a customer since 2010 and just recently I've been having to get my coffee black and add the creamer and sugar at home to get it right. I don't complain about paying and extra $1 for sweet cream but it shouldn't be an after thought when the coffee has been over filled with coffee. My wife have made complaints before only to find management disregarding. Definitely will drive the extra mile for a different Starbucks from now on.
The staff here is nice but I don’t think there has been a single time I’ve been to this particular Starbucks that my order has been correct.
Whoever is the manager really in a bad mood me and my anut where in the drive in and my sis to and the lady literally yelled at my anut and needs to get fired or talked to because that was not ok
