This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every time I decide to give them another chance I get a Frappuccino and no matter the flavor I get it’s always SO watery and flavorless. Waste of money

I have my worse experience today at this location. I ordered a Caramel Brûlée Frappuccino w/ oak milk & it came out blain in color like a just oak milk w/ ice without any coffee pump & it has no coffee taste at all, on top of that there is no whipped cream nor the caramel brûlée topping. Never had such bad experience with Starbucks in the past. I order the same drink at other location before, but did not have the same problem
Closed the lobby in favor of the drive through so could not use the restroom. If they're short on staff, they should have closed the drive-thru and left the lobby open.
Horrible . Every single time i come there’s something wrong with my order . I never said anything the first couple of times because i understand it’s a very busy store but seriously four times in a row? this time i went ahead and headed inside so to talk to the person upfront . She ‘issued’ me a new drink but had me wait 20 minutes for it after those 20 minutes i asked a different baristas if my drink was almost done and they all had no clue a new was supposed to be made but proceeded to apologize and made me a new one , she was the only one in the whole store who helped me. This store has horrible Customer service and clearly has a hard time giving Customers what they want
Amazing staff Mario, Carly and Ela. I came after an hour of ordering my drink. They were super cool and remade it without hesitation regardless of them being busy. Great customer service made my day. Thank you guy's for being amazing.
Ordered a grande Carmel Brule. It was a fast order.
Lost star for being out of peppermint...otherwise nice!
