Not sure if this place is still open to be honest I’ve called a few time but I don’t get and answer
We have ordered three different times and dates, trying to give this place a chance. Every single time something was wrong with our order. Once we ordered the Dragon Pizza in Large, it was burnt to a crisp on the bottom. You could see that it had been attempted to scrape off the char and served to us. Second time the dough was still raw. Third time we ordered, we got the wrong pizza and the owner was extremely rude to us for their mistake. Then the owner was hitting on a minor at another table. Talking about how big her chest was for 15. The parents were even disgusted and left without paying a cent. As a local, I will NEVER return.
Come here on Fridays so my husband can grab his Juicy (awesome btw) beer. I ordered food. Yes the line was long, yea they need people just like everyone else, yes they are short products like others but aside from that, the kids from the kitchen were bussing the tables and serving food straight from the kitchen. Part of my order was to go as I snacked on my appetizers and beer so when they brought it to me, they immediately went back and put it in a box and brought it out with an apology, which wasn’t necessary. I absolutely LOVE this place. I’ve met the owner,Jeff, who also works in the kitchen. Awesome place. Love the environment. There’s an indoor section, a covered outdoor section with heaters, and a full outdoor section. When days are great, the garage doors come open. Again, I really love this place and appreciate its location since we are far from town.
It's always fun because we are always surrounded by friends and family. Heritage Ranch will forever be a paradise
We ordered a personal sized pizza, a hamburger and roast beef dip. The roast beef meat was black, dry.& disgusting. Pizza was good the hamburger was good. What ruined the whole experience was the owner coming out to our table and sat down. He took french fries from my friends plate and the started telling us he was dating an 28 year old and showing us photos of her. Probably one of the most unprofessional I have ever seen !
New Years Eve! Ordered a personal size Vegi pizza and Onion rings with Ranch dressing. Pizza Did not have 1/2 of the Ingredients, onion rings greasy and limp! No Ranch dressing! I think 2 Stars is too generous! We picked up right on time…20 minutes. So sad as it is the only option at Heritage Ranch!!
My fiance has had the worst experience the last three times we have ordered from here. The pizza is phenomenal but we wont be buying from here again! He seems to go unnoticed everytime he goes in to order and it's so frustrating. It shouldn't take almost an hour to order and receive pizza. Tonight for instance he went in and your location is about 7 minutes away. He left at 4 and placed the order for one large pizza at 415. He sat in the waiting area while the pizza was being made. Three people came in after him and got their pizza before him. About 45 minutes later, the same lady that took his order asked him if he ordered. Huh?! He was sitting in front of her face the entire time waiting. So he finally got his pizza and home more than an hour later. Her excuse was "Sorry, we were busy" but when your food sits in the heat warmers for who knows how long, that's not an excuse.
Great service and food. We had 15 and it was great. Definitely will return with friends and family
Great atmosphere and beer. Love the massive soft pretzels also.
This is our go to meetup before our annual Lake Naci retreat. We rolled in there with 100+ people and they were amazing. Would recommend to anyone, really good pizza and Firestone beers
