My friends and I went out to dinner on Friday night. they were not busy at all so none of this should have happened. 4/5 of us got our food and ate it and the last friend never got her food. It came out almost an hour later and was COMPLETELY wrong. Keep in mind it was a personal pizza. The high schooler that took her order rang it in as a side of BBQ sauce and not a pizza! After we had to complain we got the pizza and refund. But the family next to us waited an hour with there hungry toddler and didn’t even get there pizza correct! This is why high schools should RUN the whole restaurant, didn’t even look like there was anyone over 18 working. Will not be back EVER.
Absolute waste of time!Went with a group of friends, started out with the cashier not knowing what she was doing. Took 5 mins just to order a cheese tortellini with pesto, a friend ordered a BBQ chicken pizza she rang us up and sent us to grab a table. Took a reasonable time to get everyone’s food but we were given a time 5 extra wait for the pizza. After 10mins had gone by we asked again and yet again got a 5 min wait. After waiting at least 20mins more then everyone else’s food, I finally went up and wanted some sort of an explanation. After the “manager” walked over and looked at the tab she realized the original cashier rang us up for a side of BBQ sauce. We ended up getting a refund for the pasta and got the pizza to go and got home just to realize the pizza was all the way wrong. I will stick to Fattes from now on.
Had large pizza and antipasto salad and everything was wonderful. Good prices. Huge salad-easily feed 4 people. Brought half of everything to our room and had the next day. Friendly staff.
Great pizza & great bread sticks, definitely coming here again soon!
Something has changed and it’s not good! We’ve been customers of PPK for years, last night we picked up a pizza and it didn’t have that nice smell, crust was flat and the ingredients looked different. One day later I go to reheat some pieces up and they’re totally limp & soggy. After calling to ask if they’ve changed owners or vendors, all the person said is they got new computers!! I’ll give them one more chance but it’s so sad to see such a great pizza place go downhill.
It was really good!! Ready when they said it would be and reasonable prices! We'll be back soon!
I ate here 3 times during my 5-day stay in Paso Robles. My experience was great, and I will recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. My wife and I were staying at the Paso Robles Inn in the middle of town. Within a few blocks, there were numerous fancy restaurants. I convinced her to give Paso’s Pizza Kitchen (PPK) a try for our first dinner after arriving. We were both happy with the no-frills setting, the friendly staff, and very delicious pizza and appetizers. Further, prices were great among these downtown restaurants. A couple of days later, I stopped by for a late lite lunch. Food and service were again nice. What impressed me was that most other patrons were local working folks - from retail sales staff to construction crews. So the non-tourist crowd picked PPK as their lunch spot. We ate supper here again the last evening in Paso Robles. The PPK staff kindly asked if we wanted our specific custom-designed pizza again, already making us feel like familiar customers. We instead ordered a house special pizza and were very impressed. Also, although PPK did not have a huge wine and beer list, we enjoyed very impressive local beers and wines whenever we ate here.
Kudos to Hunter P for great service - he thought of everything I needed. The new lemon pepper wings are great - the chicken they use is fresh and a good size - not dry or skimpy.
The pizza was really tasty. We ordered 2 mediums, the Sicilian chicken and veggie pesto, along with cheesy bread. It tasted fresh and the crust wasn't too thick. We still have leftovers.
Great food and staff is friendly.
