Food was good but the portion size was way too small. Definitely didnt get what I paid for. Complained to staff but they didnt care. Will not go back ...felt like a rip off.
I came to pick up a door dash order and it was super busy , I got in line and ordered food for myself and informed them on my door dash , they quickly put both orders together for me and got the line down quickly ,awesome service .
Worst panda I've been to. Always runs out of food. Chao mein was all cabbage. Mushroom chicken literally had NO chicken just raw zucchini. I've waited 30 mins on 4 separate occasions for online order. Edit: after I finished posting my review my wife informed me that her fried rice was hard and crunchy and the orange chicken was too spicy for her and my kids to eat. This place is getting to be as bad as crazy Asian express!
I ordered the "Bigger Plate" with three (3) entrees and one (1) side and got the normal proportion of two (2) of the entrees, but a very small portion of the one (1) with Premium Pricing - and extra $1.25. When I tried to give feedback to the cashier, she didn't understand English. Also it was a very long wait because they were out of certain items.
Second time they were out of chow mein. Long wait for it to cook. Lost my business till they pay attention to cooking what’s needed
I waited 35 minutes for my food that should have been done in 15 minutes just for them to tell me someone took my to go order and proceeded for me to wait 45 minutes longer for them to re make it. Completely ignored and continued with other to go orders. Super disappointed with the service and how I was treated. Waited over an hour all the while I was being ignored and my food was not being prepared. Mind you, they were not very busy at all.
Been waiting for 35 minutes no orange chicken no chow mein always running out of food they should now and be very aware that they get busy they should be on top of things there

They will not serve you without a mask. Can’t even use your shirt or a jacket, which are just as “ effective.” They lost my business for good.
You couldn’t order food without a mask but you could sit and at without one. Chipotle next door doesn’t require a mask to order
