Turning out some tremendous wines .... highly rated, but even more important, truly excellent tasting varieties to choose amongst. Nick Elliot is one of Paso's most talented winemakers and he's offering great value AND superior quality. Simply stated, you never get an ordinary bottle from Nicora. His single varietals are outstanding and the blends are out of this world. These are all showing very well, and will only get better with a little time. If you are in the Paso Robles area & love boutique wineries that make wonderful red wines! This is the place to visit. Glen did a wonderful job with our group of 5. So good that 3 of the 5 joined their wine club. You will not be disappointed when you taste their wines! Cheers!
We had a very nice visit to Nicora. The wines were excellent, especially the syrahs. So much so that we joined the winery. We are Napa valley cab fans but becoming a big fan of Paso syrahs. Nicora has had some of the very best we've had. (We ended up becoming members). Tin City is really quite nice and the staff there took really good care of us. Looking forward to visiting again.
This place has great wine, a great story, and clearly built by someone with a passion to create something wonderful. The winemaker sense of community also comes through.
Always great to visit Nick and his terrific team. We had an entertaining time in the new lounge with four other couples starting our day wine tasting with a number of favorite pours. Can’t wait to get back!

The wines are OUTSTANDING! Glenn, Evan and Shea treated us like family from the first impromptu drop in visit to the Tasting Room to the very end of our tasting. It was the most enjoyable tasting I've ever experienced. If you like big, beautiful, elegant 100% Syrahs, or SGMs this boutique winery will not disappoint! Loyal wine club member for ever.
This winery is our Favorite! Outstanding and always consistent. The Staff (Evan & Glenn)are very professional and knowledgeable, and we always have a FUN TIME! The wine maker is not to shabby either...Nick is considered one of the top guys around (voted Wine maker of the year)...however the most humble and kind man you will find.-Highly recommended-ENJOY!
Yesterday afternoon we had an extremely good time visiting Nicora winery located in tin city Paso Robles. Sommeliers Glenn and Evan created the best possible tasting experience. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and helpful but make you feel very welcome. The sensation of flavors in Nicora wines are wonderful.I recommend you don’t miss this experience.
