Based on positive reviews we gave Mutiny Burger a try and are happy we did. They've perfected the smash burger. These are thin, flavorful, char grilled burgers on the outside and juicy on the inside. Consider getting 2 patties as they smash down very flat. Met the owner, Jack, and you can tell he cares about every technique and ingredient that goes into making each burger.
Split the Oklahoma burger and the bird, both were amazingly delicious!! The burger definitely reminded me of burgers I loved when living in Missouri. I also couldn’t believe that they offered Hamm’s beers - very Midwest!!It’s always nice to see the owner on the floor. Jack is definitely a very cool guy, who we wish a booming success! Will be back soon!
Jack is awesome, love the old school diner ambiance, and the food is great too! Definitely recommend The Oklahoma and The Bird. Still thinking - man, that bird was juicy! We loved every minute of it - we will definitely be back!
Such a great burger spot! My husband had been raving about it for a while and finally took me. I got their smash burger and it was fantastic. Everything tastes so fresh and I love how they are always changing up their specials. We got to talk to the owner, Jack, for a while and he is such a nice guy. We can't wait to come back!

Service was outstanding. Beyond that no reason to go back. Basically three burgers to choose from with fries or potato salad. $12 wedge salad if you want one. No ice for the drinks. All drinks including ice tea are in bottles. So no refills. And the biggest distraction was watching to cook with greasy hair keep brushing his hair back with his bare hand and then plating the french fries with same bare hand with no gloves and without washing or sanitizing prior to the plating. Too many other outstanding places in town to go for the effort and price for going out to a meal.
New favorite spot in Paso. Jack was awesome and full of stories about his menu. The food was to die for. This reminds me of the food my parents and grandparents would always rave about. Simply classic food with unique but delicious taste and flavor. My wife and I will be back more often. Give it a shot if you haven't yet!
