Great food (try the Sancho!), great service, dog friendly. Only downside is no espresso coffee (sometimes needed the morning after!).
Awesome food and the gravy is a MUST HAVE! Everyone was so friendly, like they’ve known you forever. We will be back. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!
Made reservations for Mother's day at 8am when they open. Showed up at 8am. Workers saw us and kept the door locked. Waited 10 minutes, got bored and left. Apparently they don't want our business.
Great breakfast spot. The owner was working the register and was super friendly. I got the Day Ones Plate and it was quite literally the perfect morning after pick-me-up. I’m visiting in Paso and will be making another visit before I leave.
Amazing place to get a quick breakfast. Absolutely delicious! Don't forget to get their house made hot sauce.

The egg Mac muffin and fake bacon was a great combo, only made better by the xxx sauce! The potatoes were also very yummy.

Morning After Cafe is a fun idea, but execution is poor at this stage in the game. My plate took 30 minutes, which ended up being cold because my wife's plate took 40 minutes. Flavors were bland. Prices were a little high for what you get. Plenty of great breakfast spots in Paso; this one misses the mark. Coffee was great though!
