05/20/2022Very small McDonald's. Easiest to order through the app while in the lobby, pickup your food and LEAVE immediately! My order was correct. Signs everywhere stating "No loitering". Signs everywhere stating you can only sit and eat for 30 minutes. Tables were dirty anyhow. Restrooms you need a code to use. There is plenty of parking in the adjacent Wal-Mart parking lot. I saw a few RV's parked day use.
Drive Thru, should be the option. They got my order for Large Coffee with Caramel, was $1.99, in Oregon, is $2.99 add tax, in Paso Robles.
Drive thru workers rush you to order they need more patience and stop being rude ..you Mcdonald workers need ethic classes
Ordered a flavored coffee on February 21,2022 at the Paso Robles, California location. Was told to wait at first window until they received the order. When I paid with my debit card the employee who took the card was unable to complete the transaction before handing the card to another employee without explaining to me why the transaction was not complete. Due to this behavior from the employees I informed them to cancel my order and to return my debit card. Had to remind them they had not returned my debit card when I got no response. I was directed to go to the second window and they had my card. I told them I didn't want the coffee, and took back my card. Several minutes later, I check my bank account and noticed $16.51 was charged just for one coffee. Called the location and informed them of the issues I had with them just making a simple order and also asked why my bill was $16.51 for the coffee. Was informed when I canceled my order that I had to be charged for a full meal in order to be refunded and that the charge to my card would get refunded. As of February 23, 2022 did not receive my refund. I will be returning to that location the next time I'm in town to further dispute this charge.
Nope! Shame on me for giving this place a second shot. This situation was wrong from the moment I pulled up and said the order number from the screen. Why do I need to repeat it with the actual name and tell you the full order? Then the mic was cracking. Then I was told I would be given my total at the window. I’m not sure what happened but it took a long time to get to the pay window. When I paid, I wasn’t even given a receipt nor asked if I wanted it. If they were short on paper to print they could’ve said so right before they took my payment. Okay…your food should be good. NOPE! Got to the window and he was gonna give me the wrong order. Huh? It’s just a burger, fries and a coke! So I took it and drove off. When I reached in the bag while I was at the light, MY FRIES WERE BARELY WARM! My burger was cold too! ? Fast was not fast. I’m done.
If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a couple of sausage and egg mc. For my family and I this morning and when I bit into one there was a wire in it. The wire got jammed between my tooth and my gum line! Not only is that unclean and disgusting but it's dangerous. What if a kid had eaten that! Absolutely pathetic and we will never eat here again!
Tried to order food thru the at 10 pm on January 8th Saturday. The 18 wheeler I'm driving won't fit through their drive thru so I'm going not in a car. I was denied service for not being in a car. I'm not sure if it's illegal or not but it should be illegal to not serve someone just because they are not in a car.
If it was possible to give this zero stars I would. They are very rude and disorganized. I had ordered through drive through and asked if they could repeat what I ordered which was correct. Then they gave me and charged me for the wrong order twice.
What is up with only a single cashier to take orders? I feel like we are being pushed to learn how to use the order kiosk even when there is no one else around. Price of progress? Or pitfall of safety?Food was definitely McDonald's: it finds the right place in your tummy and you are done.
One of the fastest mc Donald's drivethru experience I have ever had . Food was hot and fresh.
