Starting a morning isn’t always pleasant but when you purchase breakfast, and get an individual who should probably not be the face of the company can set a tone for the rest of your day.Having a good morning drive to work with my son, and decided to get McDonald’s sounded like a great idea. Unfortunately the drive thru second window was like rolling into a hot hate my job wall. She was snippy, rude, and questioned my order that she didn’t correctly fill. I wanted a large Sweet Ice Tea my son wanted a large Mocha Coffee. He received a regular coffee and my tea was anything but sweet. I didn’t say anything about my tea but didn’t ask her about the mocha coffee. She said they didn’t charge me for a mocha so…she would have to charge me more. I said that was fine. She then set our bag of food to the side took my card and directed me to park to wait for my order. Really!!!! My food is bagged & ready all we needed was our freakin Mocha Coffee.Put me in a sour mood and I really was not ready to spend my Friday in such a bad mood.I’m writing this review and then moving on to a better day. McDonalds has to deal with their own sad disgruntled employees.Have a nice day ?
Horrible customer experience. They want to charge my card when they know their out of the product .This is ridiculous if you know your out of something why let me order and pay for it ?Then they want to take 35 mins to make 2 sundaes.Not good plus the sundaes were melted ??? So is this lack of work ethic ?Either way McDonald's needs to review their management a this store.#thisisntthefirsttime.#OverchargedThey didn't give me a receiptToo many homeless surrounding the drive thru
I ordered two Sprites at another location and it was flat! I came to this location and they were able to get me replacements very easily. Super friendly at the drive through and very understanding as well. Thank you so much for the service!
Just stopped in for a soda and a bathroom break.. The bathrooms weren't very clean. The soda tasted a little off. No biggie.
Of course yummy fries ? Glad that they FINALLY have a meatless burger. Too pricey, but still glad they offer it.

Expensive and crawling with homeless. This is one of the worst McDonald's I have been to. The price for a regular cheese burger was $2.93! Homeless person getting a drink was deliberately touching all the surfaces he could. Another homeless woman was wondering through customers waiting for their order. Several homeless also outside. Avoid this McDonald's, they need a security guard.
They were very efficient little contact face to face needed and has the plastic plexiglass protection windows installed with perfect gap for Sending out FOoll as keeping more germs out
With all the 101 rest stops closed in California McDonald's are very kind allowing me/us to use their facilities without harassment. Thanks!!!
No where to eat when you're on the road.I didn't like I was charged for a bottle of water to substitute a drink for the quarter pounder meal when they could have asked if I wanted bottled water at an additional price, or tap water.The food was hot and the bathrooms were busy.They also have self check-in ordering at this location.
