We were traveling to Paso earlier today because we had to bring our dog 77 miles there due to not having the services where we live. Anyway, we were excited to try Jersey Mike's as we had never tried it. It was a 100 degree day outside and we just wanted to order to go but didn't want to leave the 7 lb hypoallergenic dog in the car, so my husband carried her towards the door and we stepped in and asked if it was ok if we just hold her while we order (we had never been there and needed to see the menu). Well we barely got it out of our mouths and a blonde, heavy set lady says (very rudely) NO, the dog has to wait outside!!We felt very shocked at the very unfriendly treatment we received. We immediately jumped back out of the door and tried to read the menu thru the window so we could go in 1 by 1 to order and then decided (as we were being stared at by the ONLY people in there - STAFF) that we really didn't know why we would be giving them our business and left. We had hoped to try it, but promise we won't be back because there is no excuse for rudeness! EVER!!!!!!!!
I've been to probably 30 different J-Mikes. Always have a good exp here. There's one employee who's twice as fast as any other I've seen. Didn't catch the name but long lashes and cuts through a long line like a ninja. Strongly recommend the Rosemary Parm on whatever sandwich you get.
When in like 2 months ago we were passing by I usually go to the one in grover beach which its much better I'm so disappointed they were so rude with my mom and I it was my mom's first time they did not give us time when we got the sandwich they just made it like nothing didn't even ask if wanted anything on the sandwich I was so mad worst costumer service ever they don't even deserve 1 star .
Lackluster male employee brought order curbside, mask under his nose. Went inside to use restroom. Probably the dirtiest restroom I have ever seen in a restaurant. Didn’t leave much confidence in the cleanliness practices of those making the food that I was going to eat. Will not visit this location again.
The sandwich was great as usual but the best thing was how hard the staff was working to get food made. They were above and beyond!
The place just seems a little hectic to me in my opinion there's always different employees everybody everybody seems kind of lazy there it's always dirty they need to do better at cleaning up and keeping the place feel and looking clean and you're looking clean and also a lot of their employees have long hair and their hair is always in their face which just grosses me out personally because we all know our hair falls out naturally and it can be falling into your food also they all seem kind of dirty and not put together Their uniforms are always all in shambles and they just all look a mess if you really pay attention and look at them
We standed in line for 20 minutes with just one couple in front of us. Eventually left and Postmated subway.
A sandwich maker put mustard all over the bread on a no mustard order and saw his mistake. All he did was scrape some off and served the sandwich anyway.
Amazing food and amazing people making it! Every time I go in to get my lunch I’m always met with smiling faces. You can’t get better customer service anywhere else!
The menu on doordash doesn’t have the number 6 it’s very annoying when i can’t order the food because they don’t have they Item I eat. And if they could put a option to have the meat fully cooked on grill that would be great so i don’t have to sit on the phone for 2 hours waiting for someone to answer just to tell them to cook the meat.
