Disgusting, absolutely filthy women's bathroom which the employees at both arco and jack in box store refused to clean. Said would not clean it!!!! I reported it to healthdept. They with said would not do anything about it!!! All need to be Fired!!!at 11a m on Sat 3/12/22 with no customers in either store and plenty of staffing!!! Sham e on them!! Location intersection hwy 101 with hwy 46 Pado Robles, Ca. Need to both be closed!!! Unsafe health envuronment.
Staff and food were on point. But damn, this being attached to the gas station/truck stop or whatever it is so damn dirty.
They refused service for not wearing a mask, but yet they were serving the drive through people with no mask. They lost my business.

Quick service. Very busy drive thru.
Food was warm but overall they got several items wrong and in drive through too so got home with kids to find wrong things plus angry kids. Pretty long wait also. Easy to find location though right off freeway for those passing through. Bathrooms and a convenient store attached to building as well.
Pulled in to the drive thru today at 1130, 3rd in line. After 5 minutes of waiting with no movement of any vehicles, I backed up and went inside. 3 people working, one at the window appearing completely confused, one tall gentleman working the grill and serving drinks to the 4 parties waiting, and one gal. At one time the gal came to the register, but immediately left to go into the back. After 4 minutes at the front of the line on a limited time schedule for lunch, I left.The 1st vehicle in line when I pulled up was still not assisted.You may be short staffed but your employees should have the courtesy to recognize your customers and let them know they are seen and (ideally) how long until they might get service.Don't recommend this place to anyone anymore and that's a shame 'cause for fast food it's decent.
Long wait, often get orders wrong, and your always charged about 10 cents more than the menu says.
Your menu is better and good tasting.
