Ordered thru drive thru due to inside lobby being closed. Drove home and found my order wrong and short items. Tried calling phone number on receipt and it was disconnected. Returned and was give a hard time about food shortage. When they finally made the order right the reply was. “It Happens “. Food cold very unhappy
The sunny metropolis of paso, has no nightlife, or late nite food. But this jack, open, and the kid running the show was great.
Good was standard drive thru clean and staff helpful.

Worst.Jack In The Box.Ever.Everything coming out of the fryer has been cooked twice. Ordered fried chicken sandwich and fries. Fries were lukewarm and stale. Chicken sandwich was dry and burnt. Asked them to remake explaining the issue and caught an unapologetic attitude from them.Never again.BTW: everyone else opened their dining rooms a year ago. Theirs is still closed lol

I went out of my way to go to this location on my way home from work; hours posted as closing at 10pm. I was there at 9:17 and was told they were closed.
The lady at the drive though never gave me my debit card back. I have been trying to call this location but the number is disconnected.
