My whole order was incorrectI encourage management to retrain staff or start looking for a staff that actually does the job they are paid for.
Ordered though door dash only to have my order canceled 30 minutes later with the charge still being on my card. This place and the Chili's it is in have gone way downhill
If you decide to do curbside pick up just know no one is coming out. After waiting for about 15 mins, I finally went inside to get my order. I walk in and a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing, but refuse to acknowledge me. One of them finally does and asks if I have a to go order. I nod my head yes and he instructs someone to come over give me my order. Everyone disappears and still no one comes out to give me my order. I can see the shelf and there’s names of who’s order they belong to and I’m able to identify mine. One of the employees that was out front is back there hiding! I grabbed my order and left, but so many employees not engaged with customers and not one person could hand my order over to me. It had been paid for already as well! SMH
My family and i got takeout from this Chilis.Food was good but they did not include all the sides. It is frustrating to get back to eat and find this out. So i call hoping ro at least get some reimbursement for the missing side. But a manager was needed to call me back. That never happened. Really disappoimted with the customer service.here... or should i say, lack thereof.Andy Yednak 6/28/22
Absolutely disgusting wings! Will never order again.
Wings were just “okay”. They were meaty but also fatty and super dry. Charged extra dollar for 2 blue cheese that we didn’t even receive. And they split our 16 piece order into 2 separate containers and split the fries between the two containers with the 8 wings instead of putting the wings in one container and fries in the other container. In turn, the little bit of sauce on the wings ended up saturated into the fries. Won’t order wings from here again, will go elsewhere next time.
Worst wings ever! If you want to get ripped off and have your night ruined this is the place

Awful, I ordered a side of fries because I usually like them. My boyfriend got a full meal with fries, his were fresh and mine were cold and unbelievably stale. I don’t even want to guess how old they were, they were inedible and where I come from we eat bugs that are better than that. This isn’t the first time either, its been multiple orders of old fries, wasted money and gambles. I’d rather eat the bugs.
Its literally chillis wings. Dry chewy wings for 28 dollars
