We bought many items from Etta pasta. The best place in the Central Coast to buy fresh Italian items. Wow. Very impressed with Etto Pasta. Do yourself a favor. Come shop at Etto. We are thinking on buying some Real Estate in town so we can be nearby. It’s that good.
A truly unique find in Paso Robles. Such a great resource for local cooks and a perfect place to find gifts for family or to pick something up for wine tasting. If you have the opportunity to try their tiramisu, go for it - it's to die for!
Very rude employees! Best to avoid this place. Additionally, your better off buying from a grocery store for half the price.
I felt like a kid in a candy store. This was a recommendation to visit on our wine trip and def for the win! We brought home frozen lasagna and ravioli to cook up upon our return and that was a treat for all. Next time, I will buy more.

Etto Pastificio is great.... Fresh made pasta from scratch. Follow the directions and don't overcook it. I purchased several of their fresh pastas, sauces, and a jar of each jelly and honey they offer. Each of the items were wonderful. Can't wait to go back. ?
