Simply incredible. I’m not a cocktail aficionado by any means, but I love a good gin and tonic. I typically have at least 10 bottles on rotation at my home bar at any time, and consider myself well versed in the G&T. I’m not joking when I say this place served me the best gin and tonic I’ve ever had. Their attention to detail when it comes to cocktails and the ambiance of the establishment really made my trip to Paso Robles. I’ve spent a lot more money on subpar cocktails before, and I was surprised at how reasonable Eleven Twenty-Two was for the high quality of cocktails that they serve. Absolutely worth the short wait, and I’d definitely go back.

What a great bar. All of our cocktails were absolutely spot on. The atmosphere is great; it's very trendy and upscale. I understand the wait can get crazy but we were fortunate enough to go right in. A little bit of a drag going through the whole process the first time, but totally worth it. We'll be back.

SPECTACULAR cocktails!! Definitely make reservations for an intimate cocktail experience sweeping you back to 1920s prohibition Era

Great atmosphere, music and drinks. Highly recommend the “Suntory Rising” cocktail. This was my third time at 1122. It’s a class act! Well worth the wait.

These bartenders can truly make anything. It's a nice semi quiet bar with impeccable service. Come thirsty my friends and respect the rules of the bar.

Great dinks and atmosphere. They don't serve food, but it's a good place to go after dinner.

This is an authentic speakeasy bar that transports you back to the 1920's and 1930's with elegant decor and cool fabric tufted walls with crown molding. We love the elevated craft cocktail experience and their great bourbons and whiskeys. We heard that sometimes there is a line, but it is hands-down, definitely worth the wait.

Good cocktails, fun experience. Not the greatest service or the most *inspired* menu, but still a really fun place.

I've been here several times since it's opening. Overall I think the team here does a great job in recreating what I imagine a true speakeasy may have been like in their hay day (I'm nowhere nearly old enough to speak from experience). What to expect: when you walk in, you'll be given a set of rules. The biggest one that people get caught by surprise is that your phone will be placed into a sealed pouch so that the temptation to use it during your experience is removed. I say give this place a shot and enjoy a cocktail or two.

Such a cool idea. The experience of a speak easy was soo cool. I loved that they lock up your cell phones while you are inside. I ordered the smoked bourbon drink and my wife ordered the pecan old fashioned. Such good drinks. The atmosphere is cool with 20s music and very dark lighting. The bartenders are super knowledgeable and are talking with you while they make drinks. Must visit if you are in Paso.
