Beautiful winery. Worth it to take the cave tour, it was very cool and unique. The wines were great and the view was spectacular. I unfortunately can't recall the name of our server, she had long brown hair in a ponytail, but she was very kind and knowledgeable. The fact that it had dogs wandering around was just the cherry on top.
We had been wanting to stop here on our business travels, and finally had a chance to. Lovely tour of the cave. They recommend reservations, but we popped in and they fit us in. Great, FREE wine tasting and our tour guide Fiomma, was our tasting guide too. Very good wines. I left with 3 bottles and I desire to come back again!
Cave tour and the wine tasting was complimentary. The hostess was very informative and even offered to take our pictures during the cave tour. The tasting deck had such wonderful views of the vineyard. Definitely a place to relax and sip some amazing wines!.
I really enjoyed touring the caves and learning about the winery. The tasting was fun and very relaxed.
This winery is beautiful, and the staff are amazing--They gave us great recommendations about things to do and see in the area, and were incredibly nice. The cave tour was very neat and informative (and free!) And of course, the wine was wonderful. Will definitely be coming back!
One-of-a-kind experience that I imagine is the perfect place to start in Paso. Yes, owner Gary really does hang out around the tasting room, yes, tastings and tours are complimentary, and yes, the wine is awesome! I especially enjoyed the Rouge blend and the Cabernet (of course). Look forward to coming back and bringing more friends and family to Eberle!
Eberle is an absolutely amazing and super fun experience. We are from Wisconsin and got to enjoy a true California feel. The staff especially Tamara and Kirk instantly made us feel like family. The love they have for Gary and their jobs overflowed. We loved it there so much. Gary Eberle you nailed it. ?
This place is awesome was able to interact with two beautiful friendly black poodles and staff there was also very friendly. Jennifer was the person that gave the tour of the cave and also gave some information on the wine that was being tasted. Jennifer was awesome!
We had a reservation for 6 for a tasting and cellar tour. Front desk greeting was okay on arrival however we were taken out to the patio for the tasting and things didn’t go well. It had turned a bit cold out and when we asked if we could do the tasting inside we were told group seated tastings are done only outside. We said we would be willing to go inside and stand up, no reply. Asked if we could have the heater lit, “they don’t work in the wind”! We were told there were Eberle blankets inside for sale if we were cold. Wine was served in a plastic glass, never in hundreds of wine tastings in my life did I experience that. Then told leave your wine on the table for the cellar tour to start. A cellar tour without a glass of wine in hand, also a first! Staff was just not welcoming, and were not happy that we were there. We quickly just left the tasting. We called ‘Robert Hall’ winery across the street and they welcomed us with open arms and we had a fantastic experience there.
Great experience... Did the cave tour and tasting. Staff was great and provided honest suggestions on other wineries to visit. No pressure to purchase.
