Have been here twice and it's been the same experience both times....Insanely long time for someone to come take my order at the drive-thru (I was the only car there). When I pulled up to the window I could barely breathe because it absolutely REEKED of a rotten egg mixed with a soggy sock that's been simmering in hit garbage.Luckily I only made a pit stop here on the way home cause my third son won't eat In n Out ? and we were just stopping for chicken strips ... never again.
Perfect for a quick on the go "grab a biscuit" and head off for the day of golf place. Staff was friendly. Food was tasty and HOT.
Although they were short staffed they still delivered great service and with a smile. And the place was clean.

First milkshake I have had in years. Went here with my granddaughter. It was ok but not as good as I expected it to be since they use real ice cream.
I was handed the wrong items on my order after waiting 20+ minutes. This place is awful
The cashier I had was young and not very bright. I told her it was for here and she made some comment about the order number and then when I got my order, it was put in a bag "to go". You just wasted a bag for no reason. I didn't want to argue with the staff because it wasn't worth it...they wouldn't get it. The food was good so I will eat at Carl's Jr. Again. Just didn't care for the careless attitude of the staff.
I saw the drive through attendant tell another employee to mess with the persons order for being rude at the drive through and the same person got mad when I asked the cashier how much money I just gave them even though I just counted my money and they told me I was a dollar short but after hearing him tell a person to mess with an order I asked for my money back and left
We had Carl's famous stars and shared fried zucchini. Disappointed that we had to go back up and ask for ranch dressing. But the burgers are always good. We will be back for the stars.
