Food was delicious! Enough said. Came highly recommended and with good reason. Definitely put this on your list while in Paso!
Everything about the meal was over the top! Nice atmosphere, and even though crowded, wasn't so noisy you couldn't talk with your table mates. From the cocktail to the Ceasar Salad, to the meal everything was as expected, and beyond. The Pumpkin Tortellini with cream sauce and crushed walnuts was supurb. Service was excellent, and the creme brulee at the end of the meal was the best I've had in a long time! Everyone left satisfied and happy! We will go back and I would definitely recommend!
My wife ordered the ceaser sald and there was a big in the salad the size of your thumb. Rest of meal was good and service good but when we spoke to the manager he didn't really care and didn't apologize and only didn't charge for a salad that was only partially eaten. Surprising they didn't apologize and Acknowledge the problem. Would never go back given their lack of caring over a health concern
This is the Paso Robles outpost of an SLO restaurant. The food is good - fairly standard Italian fare. Well make but not noteworthy. Service was friendly but somewhat erratic.
We saw that this restaurant had good reviews and we booked a reservation. It was quite busy when we arrived and had to wait a few minutes for the server to come to the table. We told her we had never been to Paso Robles and could she recommend a bold red wine. She recommend a bottle from a winery, which we found out later has no bold reds. It was a nice wine but not what we asked for. We ordered a Caesar salad to share and although tasty, did not taste like a traditional Caesar. The pastas we ordered were excellent. Our server was busy and she did not come to check on us much. When we ordered dessert, she recommended the custard that was similar to Creme Brulee according to her. I took a couple of tastes and could not eat it. It tasted sour to me, not bad but not like creme brulee. We told her and she basically told us she was sorry and walked away. We should not have been charged $10.00 for something we did not like. Once the bill came, my husband paid with cash and the hostess returned the change, but shorted us almost $2.00 and when my husband inquired about that, she rudely said "Oh you really want your change? " My husband asked to talk to the manager and was told she was too busy to come to the table. We liked main courses, but can find another restaurant that treats its customers with more respect.
Best Italian food in Paso. Truly delicious pasta. They are sister companies with Alle Pia . So they make all their own sausages and meats. Excellent wine selection.
Absolutely scrumptious! We went in with our minds set on particular things on the menu and then changed our minds after hearing the specials. Perfect drinks, food, and service. The apple tart hit the spot even though we were so full, perfectly baked and not too sweet.
The starters were well beyond expectations. I had pasta, my son had veal, and they were both "melt in your mouth" incredible. Save room for the tiramisu! Strongly recommended that you make reservations!
What a fantastic dinner. From the Cesar Salad, salmon / Linguine n seafood to the delicious dessert. A nice Italian restaurant gem. Service was excellent. Highly recommend
We came for a girls dinner, the food was really good but we ordered a bottle of Italian wine from 2017 & the waitress didn’t mention that the one she gave us was from 2018 (less better year in Europe)! When we mentioned it her she barely apologized & just kept going like nothing happened. We thought it was rude & unlike what we see in the US with customer service relations. She didn’t even try to give us a dessert in the house or something, we were very disappointed! Typical of the Californian places who think nobody’s pay attention & nobody care but some do! Shame on you Buona Tavola.
