We ate at this Blaze location on 6/27/22 at about 6:30 pm. It wasn't busy at all. There were 2 other customers there when we entered. Anyhow, we ordered 3 Build Your Own Pizzas. 2 of the pizzas had super black, burnt crust. I wanted lemonade from their lemonade machine, but the lemonade was empty. I asked the worker to please make more lemonade, and that I could wait. The worker said they would not be making anymore lemonade for the rest of the day because she said 'it was too busy". There was no shift manager available to me to talk to.
This place is the worst. Placed an online order which said it'd be ready in 20 minutes, arrived in 30 and they had not even started the order. They also said they did not have pepperoni and two of our pizzas ordered were pepperoni. I tried to cancel the order and get a refund and was told there was no manager and I'd have to come back the next day...except we are driving from San Francisco down to our home two hours further south so I am not coming back tomorrow. No one who works here seems to care AT ALL Total nightmare of a place. I recommend you go anywhere else.
I'm a Los Angeles Nutritionist for 25 years so I love the fact that they have gluten free crust and cater to special requests. The Paso Robles store is a mess. We were up for a big family gathering staying in a hotel near this location. After an exhausting day my daughter ordered from the app using my card and a few hours later we got an ice cold pizza with nothing that we ordered on them and everything we did not order. My pizza tasted like someone dumped a jar of salt on it and it had gluten. It had meat that I don't eat and the order was completely wrong as well. It could have been someone else's order. It was a Saturday night around 8:30 to 9 so I'm sure they are busy but come on. We had to leave to go to another place to get food and since we already had to drive I offered to bring back the bad pizzas to get my card credited of about $43 not including the delivery service and tip for two personal pizzas. I was told I'd get a credit later that week by the manager and it's now June 3rd and no refund. I just took time from work to call and was told the manager is "in the bathroom" and "I don't know what to do" call back. They don't always answer the phone there. The recording says "our restaurants are often busy" go to Blaze.com. Well they won't be busy if you keep losing people like me to bad service and inedible pizzas. I was sent to two other phone numbers and still no luck. I guess neither Paso or SLO locations have a manager. 2 out of 5 of the kids I spoke to were polite. One female was rude and said he was in the bathroom to call back in 4 minutes. I did and was told there was no manager. Mistakes happen but make it right. Also if you are CELIAC or have anaphylactic allergies this is not worth taking a chance. It can mean life or death for some of my patients. My advice is avoid this Blaze if you have food allergies or want to edible food, and if they get it wrong go there yourself to check the order and pay. I will not prepay at Blaze again. I'm not sure if I will be going to Blaze anymore in LA. It left a salty taste in my mouth. I will email them and see if they credit me and update if so.
I’ve been here twice now, it was a great experience both times. The workers were all super nice, helped us immediately. I can tell they get a lot of complaints about things that aren’t in their control, they definitely deserve more tips. (Just saying!) The pizza itself came out perfectly, and I’m obsessed with this lemonade!! Definitely will be coming here a lot more, this is my new favorite pizza place.
Pizza was good, we liked it. Thin crust and pizza was made in ~10 mins
I work in this shopping center and I always get off after they close but yesterday I got off at 7:50pm and hurried over. Even though they were cleaning up and probably hoping to get ready to go home soon, everyone was super friendly and really kind. They made my pizza just the way i wanted and totally made my day!!
The pizza was very good! They changed their fountain drink line-up and got rid of the drink I really like and that was the only place I have ever found it. For that reason they lose 1 star.
This place is amazing. The young lady who made my pizza was great! I would have given it 5 stars but some little guy named Jordan had a bad attitude. No customer service skills. Not sure if I will return. If Jordan is there I will definitely walk out. Sorry...
Worst pizza experience! They put the wrong cheese, missed putting pesto on pesto pizza and made just downright worst pizza we have ever had. Please go inside Paso Roubles for good pizzas.
If you would have just got it over with out the wait I probably wouldn't care, still wouldn't spend my money there anymore.Walked in made eye contact said hello waited for a short time (not long) before I was asked if I had a mask. Replied no. He told me I needed one. I asked even with a medical exemption. Then he asked if I had a paper to show that. I told him no that's not how it works. That's when the uptight nurse in line before me turned around and righteously told me "Um I'm a nurse and I think that's what they mean by curbside delivery. If your medically dispositioned you shouldn't be around other people. And I'm immunocompromised and I don't want to be around you. We wear masks to protect each other."I asked her "even though the science proves otherwise"And very angrily stated again "well in a nurse so the science proves it".Meanwhile nothing from the employees as I waited to be served for a longer but still relatively short time before... that's right you guessed it I still needed a mask to be served. But he did tell me "you can still order online and come in and pick it up with out a mask"I laughed and said "because that makes allot of since right?"Him "it does because that's our policy"A simple "alright" and that's the last prospected dime they'll get from me. To bad it's pretty good pizza. But not good enough to give up my freedom.Last time with no angry nurses and all the times before except the first few months of this insane nonsense we've all come to love NO MASK REQUIRED! Highly encouraged tho.
