Our group had the pleasure of working with Stephanie yesterday, and we truly enjoyed all of the fun and upbeat interactions with her for our wine tasting. She was kind, friendly and professional, we all appreciated her knowledge and expertise on the Hope family wine history and accolades. She was such a wonderful professional to work with and she made our experience with our friends very enjoyable.Additionally I am sorry that I did not fill out a survey following our first trip to Austin Hope Winery, so I want to make a specific shout out to Priscilla, she is the reason we joined the wine club and had an absolutely amazing experience with her. Priscilla was so above and beyond with everything with everything in our experience. Her positivity, expertise and friendliness were so appreciated.Our group really felt that austin hope’s staff was fabulous and we will continue to highly recommend this winery!
Fantastic tasting experience. I would highly recommend stopping here. The drive from Highway 1 into Paso is beautiful. Hope vineyards is tucked away but easy to get to. Marcy guided us through our tasting and was awesome!! Their Cab is one of my favorites but we enjoyed several of their wines!

Highly anticipated visit and it lived up to our expectations! We came in knowing and loving the ‘20 cab and were pleasantly surprised by the tasting menu- from the malbec to the syrah. Rob was very educated and accommodating. Good family winery atmosphere and experience overall!
We had a great experience at Austin Hope today. Our hostess, Nicole S was fantastic as she walked us through each wine and shared her thoughts and knowledge about each one. She was fun, too, and not stuffy like some wine servers can be.The wines were dynamite. We’d had the Treana reds and the Austin Hope Cab before but were excited to try other wines by Austin Hope. The Malbec blew us away! So good and big/bold/smooth. Also the Syrah was top notch and the Graciano, which is some mysterious Spanish grape that was a mistake being planted, was unreal! It’s pricey at $85/bottle but we got one as this wine is way too good not to buy. And we love the Austin Hope Cab - man what a wonderful Cab Sauv.Really great service and wine here at Austin Hope. Neat private areas outside for each group to enjoy, too. Nicole - you’re awesome and you made it fun for our family! We will definitely be back!
Right from the start of our tasting I knew it was going to be first class when your greeted with a glass of wine!The experience was very enjoyable and Ian was great.They have private seating which few wineries have now.All the wines were delicious. We will be back
Trendy—good cab!
This was my favorite winery I visited in Paso Robles. Their wines were spectacular! Our group had diverse tastes and everyone walked away with a favorite wine. Holly, our waitress, was incredibly attentive and answered all of our questions about wines and history of the region with incredible detail. The ambiance was perfect; we brought a lunch picnic and enjoyed every detail of our stay!! Will definitely be looking for these wines in the stores at home.
I heard great things about this place. The wine was decent, but nothing to write home about really... The atmosphere was really nice though. Plenty of parking and very close off the freeway unlike many of the other popular wineries in Paso Robles.We came the last hour they were open and they said they didn't have time to let us have a tasting. We were pretty disappointed... They said they would only let us get a glass. So we ordered the glass and our server said he'd be happy to give us a few splashes of some other things so that was nice of him! We also got the charcuterie box which was pretty darn good and just what we needed at the time!They sat us in a little reserved area facing the vineyard, and it was pretty relaxing. We did not sit inside but it looked really cool when we went in to use the restrooms.
This place has amazing wine! My girl Tory totally took care of me, she had mad skills when comes to these wines! Thank you Tory for the excellent service and advise, you rock girl 👍
