I am glad I found this place. Everything was fresher than other all-you-can places. We ordered their "dinner for two" and the portion was great. They had the all-you-can eat option, too. Also, our server was super nice and helpful. We went with his recommendations and we were glad we did!
The service at this joint is PHENOMENAL! Everyone was smiling and happy to help customers. Besides the great service, the food is also very good with many meats, fish and appetizers to choose from, just keep in mind there is barbeque on the appetizers menu but everything else can only be cooked in the form of a soup via hotpot but there's so many different broth options to choose from that you'll never get tired of this place.
Only one waiter for the entire restaurant and one chef. Our lunch took an 1hr and 40min from start to finish and we had appts we were concerned about missing. Not a great experience.
This was our first time dining at Yuzu Shabu and Grill. After familiarizing ourselves with the somewhat confusing menu, we finally decided on the meat and broth. The dinner came with a fair sized bowl of veggies as well. The broth I chose was a pork concoction with very little flavor. When I mentioned this to our server, he added flavoring which helped although it still tasted thin. The dipping sauces were good with the exception of the ponzu which was more like a strong soy sauce. We both had the same dinner with beer. The total was close to $100 which I thought was high considering.

My party and I went on a Sunday afternoon between 2-3:30pm. It was not crowded at all, which we were happily surprised with. Because of this, the waiters paid very close attention to us and were always checking if we needed anything. It is something I definitely expect when ordering from an AYCE menu with a table time limit (although they didn't really enforce this because it was not busy). I was very happy with the variety of choices on the AYCE premium menu. I believe it was priced fairly. The food was brought to us quickly. Everything was fresh and of great quality. I definitely plan on being a regular at this restaurant!
Went with my wife. I got this citrus jumbo broth which was ok but Unfortunately, my wife got the chicken broth. the chicken broth option is very very salty and it was not edible as it made all meat and vegetables within it very salty. It ruined the dinner experience and we will not be coming back again. No fault against the staff as they accommodate to the best they can yet the cooks should probably revisit that chicken broth option.
