LOVE THIS PLACE!The staff is super friendly, the food price is worth because the quantity you get is amazing, plus all the food is high quality; theres not enough good things to say about Yes Sushi!It very easily became my go-to sushi spot whenever I'm craving sushi! ?
Never been here so wanted to try the place. I ordered a bento lunch with chicken and Cali rolls. The chicken was too dry and small pieces.I am sure other stuff was better. I wouldn't recommend the chicken bento box.I may come back to try other things.
Rushed us in. Did not take any time taking our drink order. Honestly I would've been better off getting sushi from vons and next time I will. The hostess did nothing special to great us. They couldn't even take our order for us the just neglected us and eventually brought food out. This place is sub par at most highly recommend eating across the street at bin sushi or going to a local grocery store.
Fancy presentation, creative dishes. Except each dish is about 50% rice, and the slices of fish are paper-thin. We got a couple hand rolls, which seemed large but contained more than twice as much rice as fish (by volume); as for the cut rolls, I chose to cut off the lower quarter of each roll to get rid of the excess rice.Lastly, the rolls themselves were disappointing. Inside each roll was a bunch of “crabmeat”, and a slice of cucumber. Disappointing.
We have been here a few times now. We like the service and the food. They were able accommodate seating for 7 on our last visit. At the end of our meal after we paid they found out it was for a birthday and brought out a dessert and sang. The fact they did this without being asked was outstanding. Thank you for a great experience.
Service was excellent & food was really good! Got some sushi, rolls, apps, ramen. All good. My husband esp enjoyed the bluefin tuna (his fav) and I loved the uni. I'd say that this is a solid sushi spot and definitely will be back! :)
The food was just okay. We came in early for the happy hour prices but left paying what we would have paid for a regular meal. We felt the Happy hour wasn't worth the price.
Good food, always satisfied with order. Tonight (9/29/2021) we ordered their Calamari, which we hadn't had before. The calamari was good, and the dipping sauce - outstanding. They took your standard sweet & sour sauce and added ingredients that made it a bit spicy and very special. I'll definitely be getting that again!
There servers are the best in the business. Super happy about the quality of the sushi, oysters and drink. Hot sake is a must here!
