Old donut(s) I don't eat donuts often, but I have had 3 bad experiences at this location where I received a donut that was old. By old I don't mean that it wasn't still fresh, I mean stale. The 3rd and worst of the experience was today, I received a buttermilk maple donut that was beyond old. I took a bite of it and knew right away that it was bad, then I took one more bite just to make sure and the donut as well as the bite in my mouth went into the trash. What is worse is that the last time that I was here over a month ago that I also received an old/stale donut. I mentioned it to the young woman who sold it to me today after I went to the ATM after buying the donut today but she didn't seem to care. Seems like bad management ????
Worst customer service the lady’s that work there look like they hate being there you ask for a sandwich and they toss all the veggies on the sandwich. Also a hair was in between the ham be careful eating your sandwich.
Great experience every time! The staff is very friendly and attentive. Huge variety of donuts and pastries, so grab an assorted dozen and try everything. The fresh squeezed orange juice is impeccable ?? The bagels are perfection.
Toasted plain bagel with cream cheese cut in half and a coffee. Both ? yummy! Got a ? filled donut to go for tomorrow.
It's not the Winchels I remember as a kid. The donuts were dry and had a weird flavor. We ended up throwing are donuts away.
Donuts always tastes fresh. Not too sweet. Their coffee complements their donuts. They also offer other options in their menu. Place is clean.
No one was serving donuts we waited15 minutes to see if they would return but they did not
