I’m not sure how this place has a 4.4 average rating. Some of the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. I think it’s pretty hard to mess up chicken enchiladas, but they did it. The sauce was terrible and the chicken was almost hard. I thought it was maybe what I ordered but my husband got the Chile verde burrito and it was only slightly better. The restaurant was nearly empty at 6 pm on a Saturday night… that should have been the first clue. If you’re looking for Mexican food in Pasadena, skip this place!

very good Mexican food. great costumer service, everyone was really nice. prices are on the slightly higher side of average but worth it. definitely recommend this place.

They don’t post anywhere that they use PEANUT OIL for cooking. One in our party has severe allergy to peanut products. To their credit they comped our meals in a party of four because we had to leave abruptly due to the severe reaction to the food cooked in peanut oil.The service was good, food was fine for those of us without the peanut allergy. It should have been posted on the menu where it would have immediately been noticed because peanut allergies can be deadly.

The food was delicious, customer service was great ! Servers always checking on the table always refilling our drinks, will go back again!

Maybe the best Mexican food in the area. The pozole is amazing. Gordita Zacatecana is the best. Wet burrito is also great

Great food. Best service and outstanding parking. Server was on point.

The ceviche was literally a bowl of lime juice soup, so sour I sent it back, followed by tasteless tacos wt awful mystery hipster sauce. It's not food.

the best chilaquiles that I have eaten in the US not kidding really delicious

Visiting from Boston, I was in the mood to meet up with some old friends for good and authentic but atypical Mexican food. Urbano Mexican fit the bill and was super convenient with ample parking and the food I was yearning for. Made reservations in advance only to find out upon arrival that they were closing early that night before July 4th. So we ordered beers and food quickly. The House Taco Selection was tasty and I was able to customize which tacos I wanted (2 asada, 1 potato). The $12 guacamole, however, is way overpriced. A couple of my friends ordered the Pozole and they said it was too spicy for them.

The food was really good. The drinks were okay. The staff was very attentive and friendly!
