I love the Habit.But I had a bad experience at the the one on Foothill Blvd in Pasadena, I will never go back. They don't even deserve a one star.I've gone twice but this last time the meat was raw. You could see the blood coming out. We told them and they gave me another burger but when we got home it was raw as well. Could not return because they were closed.The service is not great either. Employees look like they don't want to be there. Sad! Don't work in fast food if you don't like serving customers.
This was a to go order. Ordered a chicken Sandwich. And they packed a sandwich with bacon which we don't eat.When we called them after realizing this, they asked to lodge a complaint with the link on the receipt. And this had been over 3 weeks, no communication...no action. Pathetic customer service. One of the worst I have ever come across.
Pros: Great selection of burgers and sandwiches. Delicious food. Plenty of parking.Cons: Prices have gone up. Can get crowded at peak hours.
What service and portions and variety of delicious food. There is something for EVERYONE in this very close to lovely traditional, old Jewish cold cuts! The portions were huge, very good for when you want to take some home for a later meal. Twenty people were at the restaurant without a reservation and experienced great service and delicious food that you enjoy!

Great burgers, and now they have vegan options (impossible burger and their veggie burger, no mayo or cheese) fries, sweet potato fries, brussel sprouts and fried green beans. Awesome!

I love the Habit Burger, but when ordering through Door Dash this location seems to have a real problem following instructions. Four times I have specified extra crispy fries and only once did they follow this instruction. Having the fries cooked to order is important for delivery as otherwise they arrive only warm and a bit soggy. They would get 5 Stars for eating in, but the management really needs to step up its game when it comes to their delivery oreders.
Very good burger. I'd say better than In 'n Out...although I do like them , too. This place interior design is at best described as utilitarian. A bit boring and cold.
Don't bother to use curbside pickup. You check-in 5min after your food is said to be ready. You wait another 10 minutes. Then, you have to get out of your car anyway to get your food, that has been sitting on the counter getting cold.
