Easy to order with the pad and pick up. Parking is nightmare. staff is friendly. Food is ok, drinks is too sweet.
Went for lunch Boba time! Self-ordering system using their machine. I ordered large size Thai tea to go, but there are some table to sit down if you want to dine in. The price was $4 plus size upgrade 75 cent and add boba for 75 cent more. The drink was good! The drink size looked small but wide and big.
When my goto spot is closed visit tea spots since it right by work. Many choice but my favorite is the taro milk tea with boba. I have eaten their food before and it’s very tasty. Friendly staff reasonable price. ??????????
Customer service is nice and everything, but some of the drinks tastes weird. Especially rose milk green tea....don't get that. It tastes very plain. I told them 100% sugar level, but it tastes more like water and milk??? Doesn't even taste sweet. Plus the strawberry popping boba tastes too sour. But the popcorn chicken is good.
Had the Pork Chop with rice and the taste of the quality of the pork wasn’t satisfied. Not exactly Taiwanese style too much fat, the flavor wasn’t quit right, and the veggies are cold.Smoothie is pretty good and reasonable price
I came from Taiwan. I ordered two rice dishes with excitement but they turned out to be not authentic... They taste ok, but it’s still disappointing.

Well first let me start by saying the food and products are very good at this location and I’ve never had a problem with it ever, which made me a regular(going 3 -4 times a week) however just like most places nowadays this place has poor customer service which wasn’t always the case. Not only do they make mistakes and or have you waiting for an order longer than they should based on the order of purchase but when you bring it up to them they either don’t give an explanation or just flat out ignore you. So I am honestly very disappointed in something that can be so easily addressed, but instead they choose not to. It just comes to show that all we are is a $ sign that doesn’t deserve the most general respect of business. So I shall take my business elsewhere from now on
I really love how fresh and delicious the various drinks and foods offered by this place are. My favorite beverages are honey lavender milk tea, honey jasmine milk tea and papaya flavored milk. The Japanese matcha shaved ice is also very impressive, too! Highly recommended to folks who enjoy Taiwanese cuisine!
