I came here on a Friday afternoon with a couple friends.Inside:It was a nice environment with relaxing classical music. The decor was a mix of Rococo and French Colonialism. The tables and chairs are cute but small and unsteady. A lot of the tables need to be stabilised with little wedges.Food:First off, if you are at a 4 person table, order one set at a time, the tables are small. The charcuterie board was pleasant. The Gazpacho was okay, it had a lemony flavor that was quickly overwhelming. The summer petal salad was great. All the flavors paired well. The cucumber sandwiches were light and tasty. The summer ribbon sandwiches were… not good. I was not a fan of the chicken curry and my friend did not care for the cream cheese spread inside. All the sweets were good except the ones dusted with powdered sugar. The powdered sugar was stale and disorienting. For the dessert was good. We had strawberry cheesecake and it was delicious.Drinks:We had the peach tea and it was DELICIOUS. My friends loved the Iced Cosmos Lemonade but I found it to be strong in flavor, rather overpowering, and much too tart. All in all, it was pleasant and tasty. I would definitely return.

Beautiful and fun idea. They have such a beautiful restaurant. It took a while at the beginning before we got served and yet the food came out quickly. The only gluten free options they had were the salads. The hot and cold teas were very good.Would love to see them make some desserts, pastries or bread with gluten free options to be more inclusive. The chef salad I had was pretty good although I would’ve loved to try the other options and get the tea party tray.

An exquisite High Tea experience. A seasonal, varied menu makes for sweet surprises every time we visit. Beautiful decor, devoted servers who answer every question and are as warm and welcoming as can be. They have a luscious menu with several all inclusive Tea's to pick from. There's no finer Tea option in Southern California.

I took my sister here for her birthday with my grandmother. We had a wonderful time great food, the service was kind of iffy but still worth it.I got some wonderful pictures.

Was in town for business and stumbled on this gem. I was so excited to have formal tea here!! The ambiance is gorgeous. This is a must if you are in the area.

Beautiful setting and pleasant atmosphere. Sandwiches were delicious, although a little small. However, they are supposed to be finger sandwiches so it makes sense.Tea was floral and smelled wonderful. The desserts were small too, but they hit the spot.

The atmosphere is nice. Great place to catch up with girlfriends or celebrate a special occasion. The food is fresh and presented on a 3 tier tray. You can order items seperately if you don't want a tray. Edible petals on salads and trays. Everything was very good. Great time with my daughter for an afternoon lunch. Would recommend for couples too. There is a good selection of teas. Also, they have little trinkets if you would like to buy a gift or just something fun for yourself.

I actually loved this place today. Reminds me of English Tea Houses with amazing tiers of triangular cut sandwiches, chocolate dipped lady fingers and fresh cut fruits. This place reminds me of childhood Saturdays with my Mother, the fantasies of a little girl with giggles for the sweet stories she used to say to me. The Tea Rose Garden is magical. I'm not that little girl anymore but this place found her and the love, fondness and adoration of my Mother.Try this place with your daughter, nieces as well as your son, nephews and boyfriends or husband. It's magical.

Great service. Good tea and good food. I refined the tomato bisque and carrot sandwiches.

The food was delicious! We enjoyed everything we tried. The fruit was fresh and ripe. The smoked salmon was of good quality. Nice ambiance. Bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated. Service was polite. My only complaint is that we were not checked in on very often. It was easy enough to wave someone down, and everyone was always willing and quick to help. But we had to do this pretty much every time we wanted something. Still, we enjoyed our lunch so much we will be back again.
