Healthy meal. Friendly staff. Good service. Clean environment. Walking distance from my hotel. Will definitely visit again.
Just like any other Subway I has good deals on sandwiches. There's not much to say about it I guess it's clean there are no homeless people around.
I really like Subway!!! But the one in Pasadena I didn't. It wasn't busy and 2 employees rushed me to order. It was 5pm and no business they cared more to clean and refill chips and sodas rather than take care of clients. And I did tell them don't rushed me. This happened on Colorado. Not coming back!!!
one star for using Rapinoe on your commercials. get rid of the anti American soccer player and I'll consider returning here.
The staff was friendly and accommodated the needs of my picky 4 year old. They had indoor and outdoor dining.

The staff was rude. I've had an issue with the order today - I already paid for the online order but somehow the order didn't get through the system - so I talked to the manager about this. I wasn't angry at all, and was somewhat satisfied by how the manager handled the situation. BUT THEN this staff got really mad and started yelling at me just because I talked to her manager lol. She was just relaying what her manager told her, so I just wanted to clear things up by talking to the manager directly! Still don't understand why she was so angry just because of that. I've been going to this place quite often and liked the food, but now I need to think again if I want to.
Rude, sluggish, and lazy employee here. One of the worst subway locations.
This place is rediculous. 1 worker during lunch time. Worst Subway ever!!!!!! 8 people in line and the working making out sandwich and others that call in orders. I’m done
