Terribly disappointed !!! I placed my order online over $100 for THE FEAST several days before Easter, requesting a 5:15pm pick up on Easter. I arrived on time, parked in the designated curbside pick up spot, called the phone # on my order confirmation to let them know I was there. On Hold 15 plus minutes someone finally answers the phone and says someone will be right out with my order, 10 minutes later still no one coming out with my order. (No one came out the whole time I was there to check any curbside waiting customers) I go inside and speak to the manager, he locates my order and takes it to my car. I explained what occurred and all he had to say was we have new people, I am sorry. There were plenty of people standing around who could have checked outside, but didn't. When I arrived home my food was cold !!! Of course it was, since I waited a good 30 minutes past my pick up time to get my food. We go here often to eat there, never a problem. The restaurant was no busier than it usually is on the weekend. Customer Service on this visit was unsatisfactory and Manager shouldn't be a Manager. Now I will think twice before returning or ordering take out here.
Best Ceasar Salad and Breadsticks ever!Sorry Not pictured because those are usually devoures early before the mains come in.Here is what we would normally order:Rib + Tri-tip meal with Ceasar SaladExtra order of Half dozen breadsticks16" Mesquite BBQ Pizza with Tri-tipCarrot cake to share+++ leftover for days!Service and food is always great and CONSISTENT! Never has been a day that it disappointed us (knock on wood)Love seeing the dynamic of kitchen crews too, smiling and singing happily. I love happy singing people, means they are truly happy in that environment. They mustve been doing something really great here!
Delicious salad and ribs. Outstanding mashed potatoes!
Delicious food and great customer service.I had the turkey club sandwich; it comes with a crunchy pickle and a side (I ordered the potato salad). Enough food for one hungry gal or guy. Enjoyed the ambience and outdoor seating.Thank you all at Stonefire ?
Love the ribs, pizza and salad. Decently priced.
Ben, the manager stopped by to check on us and was very nice. Mark helped reserve our table as we waited for the rest of our group to arrive. The food was delicious!
Big & Delicious Portions of Food ?
Got the tri tip (bqq) & 1/4 chicken (lemon garlic), Mac & cheese, and garlic bread sticks. Service was quick & friendly. I found the tri tip pretty good but the chicken a bit bland. Also the Mac & cheese was loaded with cheese! I'd come back to try the pesto pasta! Plus for outdoor patio to enjoy the weather with this meal :) This is a lot of food for one person it was about $15.
I picked up curbside this evening, to take dinner home to the family. Everything was good except, I was very disappointed with what is usually their prize dessert: the Carrot Cake! I was introduced to this scrumptious, dense, full of pineapple and nuts delicacy over the past holiday season. I raved over this cake, which was much like my own old fashioned recipe, and encouraged friends and family to try it! Well, tonight, there must have been someone else in the bakery section of the restaurant. The cake and cream cheese frosting were overly sweet (when it had been an excellent balance), as if someone had dumped way too much sugar in the batter and frosting…yikes! It was enough to make one’s teeth hurt! Off days are human; it happens. But consistency is important. Bring back the baker used during the holidays…please!!
The 2 half chickens were both bleeding inside and had to be cooked in the oven for an additional 20 minutes. The ribs were not cut, but the flavor was good. The tri tip was very good, but the gorgonzola butter was only at the end. The mashed potatoes were not mashed well, I had a whole half potato not mashed right on top where it should have been very noticeable to whoever put it in the container. The only positive that saved them from 1 star was the food was ready when we arrived and was brought out quickly for our to go Christmas eve dinner.
