The staff is always friendly, they know me by my first name just after a couple of orders with them.
It’s was 10/7/21 @ 9:41am the young lady at the register left us in line hanging didn’t even say I’ll be with you shortly there was 3 young ladies making drinks and the young lady at the register was heating up a couple of croissants it wasn’t even busy to have three young ladies making drinks very rude to not even apologize after we waited almost five minutes

First time few times I was here was okay. But the most recent, I specifically asked a DECAF frappuccino, he did not put ring it up as decaf, I had to complain at the barista to make it decaf, second, the first time I ordered one from there, I asked to make it with almond milk and the price was 4.95, he gave me a grande instead of a tall. The most recent time I went there, ordering literally the exact same thing, the price came up as 5.15, for a damn tall. You are better off going to the Starbucks on Colorado Blvd and Garfield ave where they listen, are friendlier, and care about the drinks you pay a lot of money for.

It's a Starbucks! Friendly employees! Please support them during these difficult times! This is the Caltech Starbucks. During non Covid times, it is full of students. Limited outdoor seating.
