I used to be a Starbucks barista and this means three things: (1) I know what the company expectations are around product and service, (2) I have supreme empathy for the energy Starbucks staff put into their work, (3) I need to change up my drink a lot to keep myself engaged, which is a bit pesky for the folx that have to make it.Yet despite my ten-step, high maintenance order, Ally (sp?) and the crew were expedient, kind, and excellent in both in executing a Venti-Decaf-Vanilla (pumps-not-powder)-Breve-Cafe-Frappucino-with-Whip, and also in maintaining a sense of humor and friendly understanding during what was a decidedly busy rush.Well done N. Lake Starbucks! You made my day!
Everyone is great. I gave it 4 stars only because the poor staff can't control the air conditioner in there. It was a freezer when I went. I had to eat fast and leave. It was uncomfortable to be in there especially when it was 55 out side. When I stepped out I realized it was warmer than inside.
Fastest Drive thru in town!
Drive thru closes at 11pm and they closed it off at not even 7:30pm and when I went up to the door one of their employees just looked at me me looked away.
Team mocha cookie crumble all the way.. yes even in winter
Always enjoy going to this Starbucks in Pasadena. Had a Pumpkin Spruce hot drink with warmed Blueberry muffin.
The manager Monique is professional and thoroughly considerate!

This Starbucks is mainly a drive thru. There is a very small seating area. It is always very busy... however the staff greats you as soon as you come in! There is a very small parking area and handicap parking and a public restroom.
