The cafe is at the center of Pasadena downtown, very hard to get a parking spot. The barista service is often not trustworthy.
Staffs were friendly and did provided good customer service. Their sandwiches is great and we had our drinks right.
Loved the atmosphere! Was greeted when I entered the building. Ordered a Salted Caramel Crème Cold Brew and the barista that made it did a great job! Best one I’ve had thus far. I wish I got his name but I totally spaced on it! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the checker’s name either but he was tall, blonde, and overall had a great attitude. Pleasant experience considering this was my first time at this location. I just wanted to take the time to leave a good review. I’ll definitely be visiting again :)
Friendly staff. They remembered my drink after only one visit! Pretty incredible! Plus they made it to perfection on both occasions!
They were very welcoming and fast serviced. They did not discriminate against us. They have public bathrooms available, indoor seating might be open might not, but outdoor patio seating is available. Prices are your regular Starbucks prices. They have available your traditional favorite beverages.
My first time there. It looked busy and not very organized. It seemed like they were short handed. They were out of many things. They also forgot the cream cheese for my bagels.the staff was working hard and very courteous.
Best one in all of Old Town Pasadena, I like to deliver for Doordash in safe areas like Pasadena and whenever I stop here on breaks, all baristas are super friendly and listen well when they make my drinks, I have very RARELY had any issues here. You are always better off going to this location than the one on Lake Ave or the other one on Colorado and De Lacey.
Friendly, helpful baristas work very hard in a small space to get your order completed. A great store!
