Not s Starbucks fan. My wife is though. Occasionally she brings me some stale pastry from Starbucks.
Bad attitudes, bad behavior. They don't listen to your basic order and try to waste as much paper and plastic as possible. Want to know who is killing the planet? It's people and companies like this. I'd give them four thumbs down if it was an option. Awful people.
The staff was super friendly, but my Drive tru experience , first time I stop by this Starbucks unfortunately I ask for light ice I got 3rd cup of ice . I paid for ice .
Tried to order decaf and they said they “don’t do that”. I was like “you just don’t have decaf?” And she said “no.” ??? What Starbucks doesn’t have decaf? I think the barista just didn’t want to make anything.
Went to the drive thru on Rosemead Blvd. Baristas there are so nice. Very generous with the puppacino. Bravo thanks you.
They are always very nice, I should order ahead to get my points but I never do when going through the drive thru.
The drive through line always seems to be extremely slow.
This store has some sweet people on the staff and some that are just plain rude. Regardless of who it is they always mess up our order though. Drinks are missing or do not taste good. I also bought a string cheese today and there is mold on it.
Everyone is so curtious and friendly! They always get my drink correct. There is inside and outside seating. The restroom is always clean.
Currently, this is the closest Starbucks near my work so I come here at least once a week to get my caffeine fix. I think that it’s better to actually come in and order your drink vs ordering mobile here cause there’s always some confusion with my drink order and or it hasn’t been made. Yes, it’s super busy around the 7am hour with cars lined down the street it’s like there’s more orders than staff to complete all the orders, but I’m still here because there’s no other Starbucks near me.
