Food is really good. We got a chocolate almond croissant and the breakfast sandwich. However, the attitude of the staff was really stiff and off-putting.Also: It's 2022. If you don't want to offer a vegetarian substitution for bacon, then you should offer the sandwich without with an optional add-on. It's frustrating to feel like you're still paying for the meat even if you don't want it. Won't come back, simply for the inflexibility with dietary restrictions. In short, making good bread and pastries is awesome but not unique. It's the customer service and accessibility that really makes a place amazing.

Best almond croissant I've ever had. Yummy everything! And the owner is so nice, she handed my friend and I a bunch of sweets at closing for no cost. This place is worth going out of your way for.

I mean… I understand inflation is not the best right now. Yet, 5$ for a croissant? I think it’s a little bit over priced. To be freak, I didn’t get to try any of the pastries. The lady I spoke to has the worst attitude. The way she talked to me, makes me don’t ever want to shop here. ?‍?I don’t normally leave reviews, and never have left a one star.

I love Seed bakery as it is the only place that bakes bread without any unnecessary ingredients, using the ancient method creating a nutritious product easily digested by the body. I love their ancient grain sourdough breads like Spelt and Kamut....these are grains created organically by nature for us to consume...I love the plant based options such as the lentil soup and grilled eggplant sandwich and sometimes they even toast the ciabatta bread when time permits. I will continue to support this bakery, because their bread is the healthiest and cleanest that I am able to find in California. For the year 2022, I wish they will expand their vegan desert menu, not because it is for vegans, but because it introduces all to a healthier option...thank you

They have the Best Quiche Ever!

One of the few bakeries that make bread as it should be - fresh daily, tasty, and a few ingredients that are organic. Loafs of bread are around $7-8, baguette's are about 4, and pastries can range from $4-12. There's usually a line, so you might want to come earlier in the day given that they do tend to run out of bread.

Sandwiches are bland but I wouldn't have gone out of the way to leave a bad review if it's only that. It was along with the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Go to a friendlier, better bakery. Pasadena has plenty. Also grossly overpriced for what it is. I can make a better salmon sandwich myself ??

ALWAYS amazing, always quality, always yummy. We are so lucky to have this world class bakery in our neighborhood.

Surprisingly good sandwiches and salad. The summer squash salad was one of the best salads I've had in a long time, and very filling. Highly recommended!

Great place for bakery so good but friendly cold and impersonal
