Solid breakfast spot with great decor AND service. My kids favorite place to come for breakfast.We've been coming here for years and each time is great! The menu is straightforward and they offer a nice variety of options that are sure to please everyone in your group. Best service in Pasadena!The decor is clean and fun to look at. The food comes out hot and plentiful. The prices are reflective of Old Town restaurants. Parking can be tricky but they do validate.Highly recommend!
Great place to have breakfast in Old Town Pasadena. My party was unable to be seated together due to their seating limitations of 6 (we had 8) so we had to sit at 2 different tables on opposite sides of the restaurant. Other than that the food and drinks were good. The waiter was very attentive and they also validate your parking if you park in the structure right behind the restaurant.
We stopped in here for breakfast. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait. But we barely waited two minutes. So that was good. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. I had French toast which was nice and thick and tasty. My husband had like a skillet type breakfast with potatoes and veggies and cheese and avocado. He really enjoyed it. Prices were good for what you get. Loved this place.
Best breakfast I’ve ever had! Best waffle I’ve ever had! And trust me, I’ve had a few waffles. Everything was perfect! The coffee was phenomenal and that’s always a sign that that food will be good. Fresh squeezed Orange juice. Sausages that cut like butter but were flavorful. Bacon that was crispy and thicker than my thighs. The eggs were perfectly cooked! I’m sorry my photo is garbage but I was too busy stuffing my face! Russell’s… we will be back! That’s threat!
Great orange juice and regular coffee. Honestly, I'd come back for that alone. LolGreat portions. Not a fan of the sausage at this place (but that's just me), so next time I'll get the bacon because that tasted great.Impeccable customer service. 10/10Will come back again (:
While staying in Old Pasadena for a few days, he happened upon Russell’s. Glad we did. They run a tight ship with top notch service and food quality. Perhaps the best waffle I’ve ever had. The staff is attentive, efficient and friendly, and the place is very clean too. We had breakfast here everyday, trying different menu items to complete satisfaction. Great coffee too. Thanks Russell’s, we’ll be back on our next visit.
Great service, was worth the wait. Everything was delicious. Got the breakfast sausage and eggs, also some pancakes. Thank you Denis for your great kindness. We can see that you put your heart into your work, everyone there that was helping treated us really nice. Trust me it’s not easy to be doing the work that all of these great people do; specially during this time. I love this place all this food under $45 and its so good pretty busy though. The service is always great waiters always attentive and ready to pour more coffee!?
Nice spot for breakfast with good food and excellent service. Arrive early to beat the crowds and long waits. The restaurant is relatively small so it gets full early. I enjoyed the waffle - crispy outside and soft inside. House coffee is strong and refilled often. Bacon is crispy and tasty.
Been here twice. Solid American brunch spot. Locally owned. Great service- everyone has a smile. The food won't knock your socks off, but if you're looking for a good meal and generous portions this is your spot.
