From Houston, I can get equivalent or cheaper ramen at similar quality. But for near LA, the price and service are excellent. Stopped in on a recommendation and waited 30 minutes in a line on a Friday night - not sure if I'd do it again, but the service was fantastic (even gave us a to go cup for our leftover green tea).

Came in for ramen with classmates after a Museum trip. I got the Jun Tonkotsu and it was delicious! The broth is so flavorful and rich and the pork so tender and fatty. Loved the mushrooms in it; I recommend you sprinkle a good bit of sesame seeds in it and a little vinegar, makes the broth even more yummy. The service was excellent! The staff were very nice and made sure we were all set.Definitely one of the best ramen bowls I've had, I cleared the entire thing. ✨ Coming back for sure!

Delicious ramen in Old Town Pasadena. There's a reason why you have to wait a while to get seats to dine in. I took my family here for a good spicy tonkatsu and gyoza. The of the best ramen I have tried outside Tokyo.

we got here right at opening, and our food was in front us within 5 minutes. super quick staff, and always came to check on us, so nice! it’s also just very pretty, i recommend the matcha flan. I also really liked that the portion sizes were finish able. totally recommend!

Excellent food. We got the koku tonkotsu ramen with the extra flavored egg and the broth was so flavorful and rich. It seems like they boil their pork broth for many hours. Hints of garlic, spice, green onions, mushrooms. Most of their noodles are thin which I love.We also got the gyoza which are dumplings. They were juicy and crispy at the same time. The insides are well seasoned and cooked just the right way.The service was good. The food came out fast. Parking is available in one of many Pasadena's public parking lots. They also offer alcohol here. If that is your taste!A+ from me. Would highly recommend!

Place was very packed during lunch and took a bit for three people to find seating. The service was excellent! The food came out fast and piping hot. I definitely recommend this place if you want fast ramen and want alot of toppings! Don't forget the appetizers though! The appetizers were pretty good.

I have eaten at ramen joints in all of little Tokyo but this ramen shop beats it for taste and quality! I had the spicy miso tinnitus ramen but subbed with thin noodles because it’s preference. It was so tasty would love to back for more.

Ordered the rich Kaku Tonkotsu, matcha flan, and the spicy chashu seaweed wraps. The wraps were really good, surprisingly spicy though. The matcha flan was disappointing and a bit watery. The rich Kaku broth was nicely flavoured and not as salty as I thought it might have been. I think people who are looking for a super rich flavour will be a bit disappointed, but those more sensitive to it will appreciate the toned down flavouring (when compared to other places).A bit pricy though, but I guess it is on a popular block which is what it is.Seating is very close by to each other, there's no real COVID 19 spacing going on here, I could easily hit both people to my sides if I tried to stretch my arms. Not a fan of that.
