Okay food was good but I will never go back to the place and use it like a banquet service really sucked they only had one waitress for a party of 40 people.
First and foremost, the front desk person, Jack, provides excellent customer service which is better than super expensive restaurants. Food is yummy!! Not a fancy restaurant though.
I love this spot. Been eating here for years. Even during quarantine, it has always been a go to spot. Their combination plate is the best. Great value for the amount of food and quality of meal you get. The workers always have the best customer service. If I need a couple extra bread, I get the whole bag. If I ordered a side of falafel instead of the falafel plate? They resolve any and all issues quickly, and make sure you're happy with your order. To me, that, along with the amazing food, puts this place on it's own level. I highly recommend and come here at least once every couple weeks.

Not much on ambience - plastic utensils and paper plates, fluorescent lighting, cluttered dining room, low on staff - BUT...the food is DELICIOUS! Even the Greek Salad was amazing! GO for the food! You won't be disappointed! ??
I would give this place zero stars if I could. My entire family got horrible food poisoning after eating here. I would not wish this type on my worst enemy. If you care about your health and your kids- do not eat here!
Love this place! They have the best falafal's, I ordered 40 falafal's for $27. Great small banquet hall as well, family oriented ?
Ordered the Gyro sandwhich. Found this place when I was picking up a order for uber eats. Decided to try it. Impressed mostly by their service they seemed to know customer's by name and they were on top of stuff there. The Gyro sandwhich was fresh just a little too much tzayki sauce on it it was drenched so I couldn't really taste anything else unfortunately. I'll be back to give them a second chance though.
Great food! Prices have gone up but so have a lot of places. One memorable thing is that usually chicken is dry when I order it at Mediterranean restaurants, but here it was moist and tasty!
Jack wonderfully took care of our advance reservation days ahead for last Sunday's Religious group Dinner event while Myrna diligently catered to our needs, all 15 attendees, Friars, guests and the main Celebrant of the evening, newly Ordained Carmelite Father... The feedback from everyone was altogether mutual; we all enjoyed the excellent food!!! When I'm back in town, for sure I will not hesitate to host lunch or dinner at Raffis and I highly recommend the place to anyone looking for authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Thank you Jack and Myrna and your staff who made our dinner evening event a beautiful experience and best of all for extending a discount in support of our Religious Ministry.
