Best Louisiana spicy chicken in town. Their windows are always clean and shining, so does the rest of the restaurant. Chicken tastes good and fresh cooked, and staffs are very friendly. I love this place and I give a five star.
Manager of the store not corteous at all. Busy time or short of staff? Not an excuse! 05/30/22 02:30 pm. She Turner her back to us and went to attend the Windows. We left the store without any food.
Friendly and enthusiastic employees handling the drive-thru efficiently. Food was good and well done.

On 3/3/2022 at around 6:46pm, the staff who took my order seems cannot do simple math.I asked for 4 pieces of legs and 4 pieces of thighs, and that person laughed for no reason. I thought it was my accent, then I changed to a word that she might be able to understand: tender. I asked for 4 pieces of legs and 4 pieces of tenders. Then, she told me they didn’t have 4 pieces of legs but only 2. I said ok, I would take 2. Then, I told them I would want to get 6 pieces of tenders. She told me that they had 5 pieces combo, would I want to order the combo? I said no, I just wanted 6 pieces. I wanted legs and tenders in total of 8 pieces. But, at the end, I got 7 pieces: 2 pieces of legs and 5 pieces of tenders.Oh my god, I have tried to make myself clear, but that lady just like never understood me. It was just a simple order. I had made my order quantity in plural number: 8 pieces. Wasn’t it be easier to break to legs and tenders? She either gave me 2pcs of legs+6pcs of tenders, or 4pcs of legs+4pcs of tenders. What happen at the end I got 2pcs legs and 5pcs tenders?Excuse me?

I remember this place before it was a Popeyes and I got to say that the inside looks refreshed compared to how I remember the past. Chicken was good and the staff here was really nice. They have a drive thru as well as a dine in and take out section with parking readily available.
I love Popeyes chicken. The three dollar three piece tenders is a great deal.
I have to share my mind about this place I got there at 15 minutes before closing the lady told me they were closedI drive-through the rest of the drive-through to get out, there's a person waiting there for 15 minutesthey finally get their food and then when I get up to the window I see a car behind me has ordered foodSo I say to the girl how is it that you tell me that your closed but this guy behind me was able to order food. She had no reason for it and this is why I'm giving this reviewI think it's sad that employees just don't care about their jobs enough to tell the truth.
Worst experience ever with this restaurant. First time trying popeyes I pulled into the drive through and ordered a couple chicken sandwiches after which I get no affirmation or response. Quiet for a minute then proceed to order another item where the employee responded with the microphone in her mouth or something because you couldnt tell a thing she was saying.I pull up to the window to pay where Im told to wait 10 min in the lot and they will bring the food to me. I say okay and go park. 20 min later I decide to go inside to get an ETA. This is supposed to be fast food. I go inside and I’m the only person there, yet no one comes over. Finally after a few more minutes someone comes over to “help” me. I ask for an eta and she responds “yeah we’re working on it” and walks away.I finally get my food and drive home. The chicken was so rubbery it almost tasted raw! It was cold and everything was soggy and greasy. Bland and simply disgusting. Im the type of person that loves chicken and can eat almost anything when very hungry , yet I could not finish my sandwich without getting nauseous.Never again.TldrHorrible customer service, horrible food, long wait times. Not sure how this place is still in business or why anyone still comes here.
