I had a wonderful experience with them couple months ago, they were so nice and very helpful, cupcakes are delicious, I ordered a cake and cupcakes for my 1 year old birthday and everything was delicious and beautiful, thank you so much, I definitely recommend this cupcakes shop, are so yummy
I placed a cupcake order for my gender reveal. She was so helpful and I also had already paid for the cupcakes. I was suppose to pick them up 6/25 and when I arrived there was a sign at the door saying to call or email for existing orders. I called and emailed it's been 2 weeks and still no response from them. So unprofessional!! I better get my full refund. This use to be my favorite cupcake bakery, but after this terrible experience I will go elsewhere.
Very friendly and the cupcakes were delicious. Sponge is soft and smooth. Would definitely recommend and come back.
What can I say, I’ve been coming back for years because I love their attention-to-detail, quality work, and most importantly of course what’s on everyone’s mind because their goodies are delicious. Melany and her team provide customer service at its finest as soon as you enter their door you’re greeted with a warming smile. While my daughter and I was trying to figure out what delicious treat to make her Demon Slayer birthday cake out of, the Polkatots team provided some samples for my daughter to try. Please note, Polkatots was able to accommodate an appointment on a short notice on a very busy weekend when it was SuperBowl and Valentines weekend and the line stretches out the door. I applaud Melany and her Polkatots team because even with a heavy workload they were able to deliver the cake to my house in Ontario so I can spend more quality time with my family (yes I would travel that far for those delicious cupcakes, even with gas prices as they are). And like I told Melany I want a big cake because everyone wanted seconds and some to go ?… that’s why I’ll continue come back.
I love these cupcakes!!! I've had many and these are far my favorite. If you give me a spoon of the frosting alone I'll be happy lol. I drive from West Los Angeles just to get my hands on them. My favorites are the pistachio, banana, and carrot ???

Worst cake ever unfinished didn't deliver cookies that I had ordered and drop off the wrong cupcakes as well. DO NOT HIRE HER! Extremely unprofessional and on top of everything give me nasty attitude.I have no reason to lie about my experience but obviously you do Milena. I should get a full refund from you after giving you a 2nd chance and the poor job you did. And was not $200 refund. $70 you had own me anyways after you didn't comply with the 1st contract, $40 for cookies you didn't make, $45 for fondant décor on cupcakes that was not done either for a total of $155 so the only amount I got back for unfinished product from you was $45. Its funny that now you mention that you delivery the product and that you were the one that forgot a bag when you had said to me “I fired the girl that forgot your product”. And I did reach out to you but I got now where with your numbers without a voice option and I also text you multiple times as well.

Great! Finally a cupcake company that actually has soft cupcakes. Also do custom orders so if I want I can get center filled cupcakes. Kind of a weird little parking lot/shopping center there. If you’ve never been approach slowly or you may miss the very small hard to see from the street parking lot entrance. On this visit I got a sample order of select options available. And they were all good. I like that they do custom orders as well. Shop is very small however. I’d get there early so you will have a selection to choose from. Also cupcakes come in two sizes mini and standard. Also the standard size isn’t like a giant muffin that could sink a ship like at another well known cupcake place. Still I know it was my first visit. However I got to try 6 different types. So come on down and try some great cupcakes. You won’t regret it. Also there are some great other places close by to eat at. So make a trip of it. Peace out. ✌?
