I love Philz Coffee, especially their Iced Mint Mojito. It’s different, refreshing, and just all around delicious! Their hummus toast with tomato and feta is also really good!
I've been here about 3x my first time ever being here the customer service was a 10/10. The girl at the register was very helpful and even explained every single drink to me, she was so kind. Unfortunately the second time I went it was terrible and it wasn't even busy !! Not that it would make it any better. I remember asking the girl at the register a question just for reassurance and she replied back to me like if I was dumb anyways she just had a nasty attitude.The coffee has been delicious every time I've been here definitely recommend.
Visiting from Australia. 2 stars for ambience. I ordered a small Latte. I should have listened to the girl when she asked "do you want cream with that?). Really? A Latte, with added cream? Got coffee. It was a drip coffee - nasty and bitter, with milk thrown in. "Oh we only do small batch drip coffee". We'll, why didn't you say that when I ordered a LATTE. Won't go back... Geez...
I tried Philz coffee years ago in San Francisco, it was good coffee experience, and it became part of my ritual schedule whenever I visit that city, this time I tried in in LA, this coffee with mint called mojitos is the bomb dude, y’all should try, so refreshing

Man, beats the other guys hands down… also great vibe and friendly customer service.Maybe slightly longer than the others since the grind the beans for each cup, but worth the wait (not much longer if at all).If they franchise I’m figuring out a way to bring it to Napa! Even if they don’t, open one in Napa please. Lol
It's a good place to try different roasts of coffees, but if you're looking for specialty espresso drinks, with a lot of flavor combos then this might not be it, but the coffee is still delicious. I enjoy that it's hardly sweetened with the medium sweetness.
Our coffee tasted like water with milk. We couldn’t taste the coffee at all. We asked to have it remade and it still tasted terrible. I’ve always had a good experience with philz but this location never seems to make the coffee right. Waste of money unfortunately.
