I love this Peet's, everyone is nice. My favorite drink is the green iced tea. The pastries are yummy too.
I only come here because my husband likes Pete's coffee. This last time, the cashier was very rude. I don't have the time or the need to entertain people like that. I usually just bounce but again, I was there for my husband. I give a four star because, I actually like my drink. The white guy who made it has talent. Peet's on Earth
Better coffee then Starbucks or Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. And these baristas really know how to make the perfect drinks. Much better than any Starbucks experience.
If my only option is Starbucks I'd rather not have any coffee. I prefer Peet's over Starbucks 1000 times!

Unbelievably rude and pretentious cashier at this Peet’s in Pasadena today. I always make it a point to stop at this location every time I’m in the area for work but I will never patronize this business again. I will be sure to call Corporate and let them know of the discrimination that took place today.

This location of Peets Coffee truly feels like a mom and pop coffee shop despite being part of a chain. That is due their usually fantastic staff. I say usually because there are a couple newer staff here who are shy and haven't opened up yet. It has a strategic location in the corner of a shopping center giving it ample parking spaces and walk up from the sidewalk access.
I came for breakfast and they had me waiting for my order over 15 min to later tell me they had run out of vegan burritos. The coffee was fine.
