This coffee place? Customer Service really is bad. Doesn’t pay attention to customers order cause too busy talking to the co working. I didn’t get the order that I placed. I tried to come back but it was hard to get a parking space.
I had a bagel with egg and spinach in it and a frap drink vary good I will go back again ?
The coffee is so much better tasting than the competitor. Limited on offerings on the drink menu, but what is offered is good and rich on the coffee drinks and refreshing and flavorful on the tea blended beverages. There are many offerings on baked items which are overall tasty to pair with your drink. Service is courteous; and friendly, if you are a regular patron. I had to wait for my order to be completed while others walked up behind to have their filled before me. I love the coffee here, but will probably not go out of my way for a return trip.
Cashier doubted my ability to pay , my son and I purchased some bkft. She foced my son on two separate Transactions, Because I took some Oj And hard boiled eggs and I went to sit with My Wife . My son paid for the rest of order with my Visa Card.!

Today I stopped at Peets for a coffee and a ham and cheese sandwich! Good coffee and food! Fueled up I took off for a invigorating 5 mile walk! The Lake Street Peets in Pasadena is my favorite!
This is my favorite Pete's. I love the view of the mountains from the outdoor seating. They have a few plant based options like the Just Egg sandwich, a peanut butter cookie, and a lemon scone.
I prefer a thousand times Peet's over Starbucks which has become too ordinary!
Great service and the employees could actually answer my questions about their products. Felt.like a real coffee shop, and bonus -- the bathroom was clean! Think this may be the coffee hangout I've been looking for!
Customer service training is definitely needed at this location. Walked in to the pickup counter. No other Customer was there. A black guy with the Afro with a hair pick stuffed in the back of his hair and a heavy set woman with a black ponytail who was either mixed race or Latino were behind counter holding a conversation with each other while he was putting some things away and she was making a drink. Both looked at me and said several times and said nothing. No someone will be right with you nothing. A few minutes later she says "are you picking up?" No hello or anything. I tell her my order and then he asks if I'm here for that order which was already sitting there. He hands me the order and says absolutely nothing! No thank you have a good day nothing. So I say " thank you! Have a good day!" And he says " you too brother." I am not your brother just because we share same the skin tone. My brothers have manners and always acknowledge each other.
