We had a great time at Nicks celebrating our friends birthday. The food was good, music was nice, and the atmosphere was fun. The birthday card was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful experience. We were seated on time and had a great table upstairs. The service was excellent. William our server was attentive and efficient. He made excellent suggestions and was spot on. My husband had the Cioppino and I had a petite filet and both were delicious. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and William made our dessert special and gave us a nice card signed by the staff. Overall it was a wonderful experience, great value, great food, great service.

Iâm trying to be fair as much as I can in my review. I think this is a great establishment and with some improvements can be one of the bests in Pasadena. Drinks sometimes take too long but they are good. The food is good but wasnât good enough for 5 stars. It was our anniversary and although the waiter confirmed it with us, it was never brought up again and the dessert menu was not offered. However, the waiter was well responsive of our requests. He kindly changed one of our drink which was because of our failure in describing what we wanted.
Birthday for friend
I made a reservation for this restaurant for a friend's birthday. They served delicious food, and our server was extremely nice and attentive. The warm butter cake dessert was absolutely amazing. I would come back again next time for sure.

Loved the bistro plate! Great service. Felt like fine dining with reasonable prices. Only disappointment was having a reservation but having a table all the way in the back by the kitchen.
