First time trying an Acai bowl from Nekter. I would say if it's your 1st time trying them, sign up and get the discount and see if you like it. However, I can't see myself going back, and it's not the service, the staff is great, but the quality of my Acai bowl was worth maybe 1 star. Customer service and cleanliness gets 5 stars, food a zero.
I ordered and purchased online …went to pick up my order in store and they had no record of my order that I paid for … the (2) employees who were apparently new were under trained and out of sorts and no help at all.. they unfortunately were not very helpful … I came out without my online order and there was no manager to help me ( they did not know the managers name ) …I am not very happy and not sure how I will be able to get my money back even when I had an email confirmation/ receipt … just a bad look… not sure what is going on there but not very professional and very amateurish … unfortunately you guys have lost my business ??
Worst customer service-Padadens location. False advertisement. I was given the wrong order and when I brought it to their attention I was told there was no one to help me to address the issue. I was told the manager would call me but it been over a week. I contacted corporate and they gave me the runaround. Worst customer service. Never buying Nekter again. Pressed and Kreation are so much better.
The smoothies are worth try here. Strongly recommended!!!
Great juice options and good service
We order from here through the Nekter app nearly every week for the past year for fresh, delicious, healthy bowls. The only thing is, I can’t seem to redeem the points through the app - you have to do that in person. Otherwise, it’s pretty quick, convenient and feels great. *Edit: Redeem the points at checkout on the app!
Great soups and coffee.
With both Jamba Juice and Kreation right down the street there are very few customers at Nekter so the woke staff gets paid for doing nothing except commit food poisoning .
